The above cited so called legal office wants me to pay an amount not owed to Wells Fargo. Americatel unilaterally change my international long distance rates without notice or warning from 6 cent a minutes to 72 cents per minute. When I called their automated system acknowledge a billing error, but after a couple of months when I called again they say that service was cancelled. This company will take your money and not follow through with providing the loan modification services that you paid for. I signed up with them in May 2008, after numerous numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact them regarding the status of my situation, in October 2008 I requested my money back. I had my car towed on a Saturday night near downtown. I picked up my car the next day after paying $171.65. Drove my car home..parked in my driveway...came outside 4-5 hours later to find all of the oil in my car was leaking out and down into the street. This school is a place you do not want to attend. The dorm is an old motel. The rooms are gross and moldy and need painting and much more. No closet, no desks. The internet is sporadic.
