I received multiple phone calls every day for 3 weeks from this company. I finally answered, and they offered me free magazine subscriptions. Then at the end of the call they tell me it'll cost me $3 per week for 2 years. I thought that wasn't such a bad deal, and I was hoping the harrasing phone calls would stop. Then I get paperwork in the mail saying that I agreed to a 5 year contract?! That you can't cancel ever. I don't think so. I contacted the better business bureau already, and will speak to my bank. This was the worst 5 yrs warranty I've gotten. I purchased a Fujitsu s6210 with the fry's five year warranty. It took about 2 months for the laptop to return from servicing; and when it came back, it didn't even power on! I sent is back for another 2 months. I DID get a loaner laptop, but the service manager tried to charge me a 15% restocking fee because it was 'used' after 4 months of impotence!! (That would have been almost $300+!) This complaint is mostly about how the trainer that I paid to train me for fitness and fighting lessons would not promote hard contact sparring! His classes were detailed and well run, but at the end all i really wanted is bloody nose or black eye to feel acomplished for my training. I had ordered the Acai Berry & the Bromalite colon cleanse on the same night. I receivedthe Bromalite. I called the phone number to cancel the order(which you had to do in 14 days from time of ordering), I had no problem. I then called the toll free number to cancel the order for Acai Berry(which I had never received), They said that they could not find me. He gave me an email adress to cancel the order. They told me I had a 7 day trial period and that the materials or kit would arrive in 7 to 10 business days. As it turns out they charged my credit card before I got the kit to even try it out to see if it works. They give you a web site address as if already know what's going on. Supposed to have a $1 gold-plated coin, Kennedy 1/2 dollar, Illinois quarter and Hawaii quarter and 4 certificates of autheticity. What I got has 2 Hawaii quarters, none from IL. I entered into a Forbearance agreement in 2007 after falling ill. They never increased my payment and each month reported me late and charged me late fees for payments that were made on time. I recently purchased a morkie from puppies234.com. She cost $480 plus a $100 delivery fee. When the puppy arrived at 10p.m. on a saturday, the delivery woman told us that they had been driving since 4 a.m that day and had 28 deliveries. Our puppy was the last delivery. I have continously phoned Surehealth @ 1-800-337-1421 and have tried to review Surehealth website but to no prevail. Upon phoning the 1-800 number it doesn't state Surehealth but another insurance company. Surehealth have continued to withdraw monthly payments but has not paid for any medical. Surehealth did notify me via mail and phone call of the transferring to another company but now I have to pay for medical service rendered. It can be a routine physical and I get a bill that no deductible was paid. Surehealth did not mail a letter stating the change.
