September 2008 -I called in to see the price of 1 carat tanzanite gem. The price was too high (I had seen them earlier for less money) so I told the rep I did not want the order. We purchased a wine bottle opener from this company that did not work properly from the beginning. It never worked smoothly and often didn't remove corks properly. It then broke entirely. We contacated them and offered an exchange for another type of opener, and they refused. They then stopped responding to our contact efforts.
