When I told my "rep" that their service was not performing and I would not be renewing he said that I "had noi choice" that I had a 1 year contract. I stopped payment on this service and now they want to take me to collections. While I was discussing this the "rep" got angry and hung up on me. I contacted TransUnion to get me a free credit report and they said that they would send it to me in the mail. This is about a week ago. I go to my bank and they see that I am being charged on my check card $14.95 from MNI.creditreport.com. This was today February 2, 2009. This is wrong and I should not be charged 14.95 from them. The instructor is very unprofessional, direspectful and verbaly abuses the students he drives with. Was once even reported for sexual harassment several years ago. The instructor was still able to keep his job because he is the owner of the buisness. Beware of the warranty issues on the mattress. After 2 years and 10 months of having the bed we would rather sleep on the floor then in our bed. It sagges in the middle and very uncomfortable to sleep on. We contacted them and did a warranty claim and they told us the bed must sag more then 1 1/2 before they will do anything. The sit has a very very small place where you add a check mark saying you agree to the terms. It is on a separate web/screen so most people do not see it. G.E. service warranty said that my contract had expired back on 7/31/08, but my contract shows to expire 11/30/09. I had purchased the orginal contract, then purchased an extension to the same contract due to the G.E. refrigator had multiple problems from day one. The Redding Record Searchlight, even though it is a different county has posted articles 4 times on an assault charge. The articles are one-sided and lies. I haven't been able to find any similar articles for Siskiyou County posted in this newspaper. I received a notice on my door indicating a bag of trash had been found inside one of the new dumpster fences with my address inside. It also indicated that a charge of $75.00 would be levied and referred to a newsletter dated August of 2008. In 2004, I purchased a 2004 Nissan Quest and an extended warranty for 5yr/60k miles for $1100 from Star Nissan in Niles, IL. At the time I purchased the car, the factory warranty was 3yr/36k miles. In 2007 I moved to Texas. 8 months ago I purchased one time WIFI internet service from AT&T at an airport. Now I realise that I am subscribed to a yearly service paying 20$ a months. I built web sites all my life for a living so I'm 110% sure that it wasn't very clear that I'm subscribing to a yearly service. I find AT&T's aproach very deceiving because I opened up a web page designed for that airport and its clear that %90 of the passangers would like to purchase a "one time" service.
