I hired Compass Debit Services two years ago spoke to Britney Petites one of the associates. I have a file opened with them created my own user name and they gave me a password. I have been a Sears customer for over 30 years. Their service repair departement has been out twice to fix my dryer and the dryer is still not repaired. The first technician came out on 1-23-09 and was over two hours late. He said he fixed the dryer. It worked one cycle and stopped. I had to call again on 1-24-09 and I was scheduled again on 2-2-09. I went to All Care Dental originally to have a crack fixed on my upper denture, the repair lasted 2 days. I later went back to get a new upper denture, this being my fourth one in just over 25 years. I recieved a small sample bottle which I requested. Agreed to pay $4.00 for shipping and handling. 8 days later a 30 day supply came w/o an invoice or packing slip. Next month there is a $69.95 charge on my Visa. When I called to question the charge the operator said I had agreed on the website to cancel future shipments within 30 days or more product would be shipped. The engine seized in my 2005 Ranger with 14, 354 original miles on it. The Ford dealer that inspected it found water in the oil. Further inspection showed that one of the exhaust valves actually broke off, fell into the cylinder, then slammed upwards and cracked the water jacket (and bent the spark plug as well). Yesterday I took my 2000 Freightliner Century to Orlando Freightliner to have them check and advise why my drivers window fell down and the regulator came up through the top of my door panel. I also asked them to check and advise why my drivers door is hard to open from the inside while they have that door panel off.
