We signed a contract with salesforce.com on 03/27/08 which was a 3 month contract for $1, 125.00. We did not want automatic renewal, so the salesman put billing frequency as annually on our contract. WOW. DO NOT USE this company. their dispatcher is so rude and mean and extremely verbally abusive. They gave me a quote for a 4 bedroom home, 4 bath..then showed up with a small truck and called to say that they will need another truck, 4 more men and also the packing, which we already did..would be $400 additional. I was contacted by CK Sharma, the supposed CEO of CK International offering to do lead generation for my company located in the United States. He claimed that he was in San Diego (as indicated by his 858 area code) but had a call center in India that did lead generation, collections etc for several U.S. companies. It has come to my attention that this rescue is no longer legitimate, if in fact it ever was. The woman who runs it, Nicole Morris, takes donations of money, items, and foster care for horses. This is not a registered non-profit, and no accounting of donations or finances is ever released. The rescue used to run off of a rented property. 2 years ago Washington Gas Energy advertised they were 15% lower than BGE. So of course I switched my energy service over to their company. What a bait and switch! Company offered fraudulent free ZipWeb-Pay-Per-Click free for 1 month. Before the month was up, evident Nothing was happening, I called their 800 number 800... and was assured service was discontinued and there was no charge. Bought a RC Helicopter here that had problems out-of-the-box. After several atempts to get it fixed, a statement by the owner that he would replace it if they needed to, and just short of a couple of hundred dollars in repairs because the thing had problems, I was told to "go to hell" and to "pick it up or it would be put out front and left there." I have been receiving harassing phone calls from Ms. Hendricks who says she is with Jason Head Law Firm. She demands money for an old debt that she claims I owe. Beware Findlay Toyota in Las Vegas attempting to make up for poor auto sales by not honouring extended warranties!! I have NEVER had a positive experience with this dealership.
