It took me 5 months of diligently calling to finally get my computer they said that the shipping addresses were messed up and this happened to hundreds of costumers! I ordered the item December 8th, although advertised as in stock it didn't ship until the 22nd. Item arrived damaged and requested RMA. Seems I've been lucky; I ordered an Archos AV420, with speed delivery, and though it took 5 weeks, about 15 e-mails, fictuous routing numbers and a lot of grief, I did receive my order. This company needs to be CLOSED. You sign up for a free 14 day trial which would be fine; however they do not send it for 5 or 6 days after you order and pay the shipping and handling and they you do not receive it for another 6 days. That will give you only 2 or 3 days to try the product and they go ahead and charge your credit card for $79.95 without any further product. Im very dissattisifed w ith my experiance with aspen dentel. I had a parial made there I Went h back several times to get it fixed and I'M still not happy with how it fits I can't eat with oreven leave it in my mouth for along period of time. I have had a second mortgage with this company, and have never been 30 days late - which is what is reportable as late on credit in the Mortgage Industry. I have only exceeded the 15 day grace period 1 time. Since the bank was siezed by the FDIC I have begun to receive calls daily about my account after being only 5 days past the due date, and still within the grace period. I have complained to them as this is harassing. I am told that they can call me daily and that the call is an attempt to collect on a debt. Is this practice legal? Horrible experience. my package was very time sensitive, but they did not contact me to let me know they wouldnt process because of billing/shipping difference. after a week I had to call THEM to find out what was going on, they didnt leave any voicemails, or emails during that time. they were EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful, they cancelled my order when I didnt even ask them to! I live in a town about an hour away from this company. I needed a CPU for a customers unit that was on my bench, and I couldnt wait for 3 days to get it. so I drove to this companys location in Stillwater, Okalhoma. I had a very poor exprience with this company. I had ordered a stick of memory from them, which turned out to be incompatible with the existing memory in my system. When I attempted to return it I had to make two attempts to get an RMA REQUEST answered. Following this the request was declined with a statement saying they will not accept returns on memory. I ordered chargers fro my blackberry storm. After waiting 3 weeks, they arrived, but they were standard micro USB and did not fit my phone. Customer service was pathetic. I placed an order with CellularKing.com on October 27th. My credit card was charged and I never recieved my order (cell phone case). Try the 2 phone numbers on the web site one just randg and rang the other was not in service. I also called PayPal - they suggested I call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I emailed Cellularking about this on 11/07/08 and never recieved an answer. Now I am having to go thru the process of disputing the charge on my Visa. We bought a Golden’s Gym 450 Treadmill and a 3 year Extended Service Plan with it. They suppose to deliver the paperwork via email but we never got it. Be aware that WALMART.COM doesn’t have a phone costumer service anymore. You have to deal with them via email. I was being charged monthly for a product/service that I did not authorize. But, with a little persistence I got a refund 3 months later!!! This is what I did: I had to cancel my debit card with the bank to prevent Fusion Labs from debiting my account every month. This complaint is regarding Ron Johnson, owner of Makeitorbreakit.com, who operates his business from his home in Las Vegas (or was at the time of my observations) and pays his employees under-the-table. I speculate he is operating this business without a license. We purchased insurance in August 2008 for a trip to Aruba in June 2009. I became pregnant and will be 32+ weeks at the time of our trip. My husband, 4yr old son, and I all got the insurance for the trip for this reason. I got a letter from my doctor explaining she advised me to not travel. The recruitment practices of this company and the underhanded tactics they use when an employee quits should be illegal. Not only do they request that the employee repay the entire amount they have earned with interest but they report the income the employee has earned twice to the IRS in order to cause havoc to them if they do not pay them back.
