The computer came on time. However, I couldn't get the computer to recognize the harddrive. SICK COMPANY. Ordered a ATI X800 XT PE from them in March. When the package arrived, the ATI box was shrinkwrapped and inside an UNTAMPERED UPS box. However, when I opened the box, I found not an ATI video card, but an old CD-ROM drive. Purchased Warcraft 3 from this site, servics was definately below average. The game wasn't actually prepared for shipping until I emailed them asking about it, a day after they should have shipped it. Then it was actually sent out the door until 2 days later, again only because I emailed them to request information on why it was taking so long. I purchased a barebones system from these scam artist, after finding them on pricewatch. They charged me to assemble and "TEST" the system (which I thought was a rip-off, but figured I wouldn't have to spend time troubleshooting) and when I received it, only the motherboard was plugged into the power supply. Obviously not tested, the OS wouldn't load. I switched out CD-ROM and tried different CDs with no luck. Finally, they agreed to refund my money, so I mailed it back to them. The customer service is terrible, and there is a 20% restocking fee on any item whether it has been opened or not. Many of the items on their site are not stocked by CompBizUSA, but by direct suppliers who sell directly themselves. If you return something, they must check with the direct supplier to get a shipping label for you, which takes time. This seller is horrible. I ordered a Wacom CINTIQ12WX Cintiq 12" Pen Display, which I received for $891.94 with ground shipping. Avoid these idiots like the plague! I ordered a humidifier that attaches to my furnace. They sent me one that was used. It had hair and lint stuck in the gum that holds the parts envelope closed and the whole thing smelled like mildew. It was disgusting. I emailed and asked for a replacement. I ordered from this company twice. Both orders arrived at a timely fashion. One of the heatsink I ordered dont fit well on my boxed/retail CPU, so I wrote them if I could have an exchange. The email was answered within one day and no question asked. I sent the heatsink back, got a different (better) product within 5 days. The price difference was taken care of nicely. These folks tried to rip me off. I purchased a 266mhz fsb processor and was sent a 200mhz fsb processor. When I called them, they avoided me for weeks. When i finally got someone on the phone, he said i was sent the right thing and kept putting me off with saying i did not have proof that what I recieved was not what I paid for. When I tolf him that my AMD processor ID utility told me it was not what I paid for, they continued to deny me. Over four months ago I purchased O2 Optix contacts from Coastal Contacts. I received the correct contacts in the mail within about a week of purchase.
