Double Stacker
janice stinson February 5, 2009
Around 2 pm on mon. feb.2, 09. i went through drive-thru to get me a double stacker to hold me over until supper. I paid around $3.00 for it. Drove off and pulled over to take a bite of it, the bottom of the bun was hard and crunchy and the cheese was stuck to the paper and was dark orange color. I went back through the drive-thru and explained it to them, they directed me to the window. they took the old one back and gave me one that was cold and the cheese hung out with corners on it, the sandwich actually was falling apart because... read full review »

TaxMasters of Houston
Lisa February 5, 2009
I had several thousand dollars in tax debt. While this doesn't seem like much, I am a single mother who barely makes ends meet. TaxMasters promised to intervene with the IRS and reduce my debt to "nothing, or at least pennies on the dollar." I began getting suspicious when I could not get through to speak to anyone in person. I got the same old tired message about being number so&so in line with a wait time of four minutes. It was always four minutes, no matter how far I had advanced in the call waiting line. On the occasion... read full review »

Sears/Treadmill
Tony Soans February 5, 2009
We purchased an expensive treadmill from Sears some years ago. Approximately one year ago it failed and we called for service. The service man came out and repaired the machine, which we paid for. The machine failed again and we called for service. Another service man arrived, walked in the door and within five minutes looked in his service computer and announced "there are no parts available, I cannot repair this." We were expected to pay $109 for this service call in which no service whatsoever was rendered. We do not intend to pay... read full review »

Forclosure Relief

They claim to be a "forclosure relief" specialist but they are a wolf in sheeps clothing. They also claim to have a $100% money back guarantee no questions asked, but that too is false. They will scam you out of your money in a very convincing way, making you beleive that it is a "good faith" payment to your mortgage company and before they can proceed further for your loan modification they have to recieve your payment first. It is all a big scam. After they took my money they had my file sit on someone's desk for 4... read full review »

I was given a CZ engagement ring on December 21, 2008. On January 7, 2009 I returned the ring to the company for repair. A side stone had fallen out and the center stone was loose. I received the ring back on Jan 31 (well over the promised repair time). The center stone is now pushed down into the prong setting and crooked and the side stone that had fallen out has fallen out again. I have called and emailed so many times and no one will return my calls and all emails from the company tell me they are waiting to hear what can be done with the ring. I have not received a satisfactory response. read full review »

CCRider February 5, 2009
This Company is very much a scam. I paid for the $49.95 "Get Started Kit" only to have learned a good lesson a few days ago. There is no phone number to call for assistance. It doesn't just end at the $49.95 fee as one link goes into another, and another to another wanting more money to access companies in need of Data Entry Personnel. There is no such list as the link supplied gives you access to "Yahoo Hot Jobs" which I could have accessed myself rather than paying $49.95. I recently saw a $59.90 on my credit card statement. I called and found out it has been a recurring charge since April 2008. I normally do not use this card. I have a balance. Every month, I do an online payment so I rarely look at the statement (until last night). I called DRI or E-Auctions Success and found out that supposedly I signed up for a 2 week free trial last March and that after that, they were billing me $59.90. Well I don't recall any free trials nor do I recall getting anything from this company-no products was sent and no services were ever rendered. One subscription was $54.00 and the other was $68.00 with a $10.00 process and handling fee for a total of $132.00. This was done on 5-21-08. We have yet to see either one of them, and I'm afraid we probably won't after going on-line today and seeing the other complaints.
