DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company does not keep any items in stock, rather just drop ships to you from vendors. This process in reality takes 7 to 10 days. If you have weeks to wait to receive items, go ahead and order. If you are on a deadline they will never make it, and then charge you a 15% restocking fee if you have to return the items because you were forced to order them from another company that actually cared about customer service. Customer Service Representatives must be told or trained to be as rude and condescending as possible. House of Doors in Salem Ct... We purchased over 4500.00 In doors... Our front door has a manufact. defect in it that can't be fixed without replacing the sidelight. The doors have already been installed, and the area around it has been finished and painted. I placed an order with them for some keyboards on 11/17/06 (paid by credit card, they got payment that same day) and we still have not received our order (it is now 12/6/06). I had a very poor experience with Coolerguys.com. I had asked for the RMA number to return a keyboard for a refund. By by the time I had received an RMA number, the fellow indicated that it was beyond the 30 days, and had to go to the factory in China. It was only a $30 keyboard, and they refused to return it for a refund. Bankers Life Insurance has some unscrupulous agents going door to door selling life insurance to seniors. My mother is 74 years old and is easily confused. I keep getting calls from this woman, who uses a different name each time she answers the phone. The first time she called my cell phone and said she was "Regina" from Publishers Sweepstakes and that she got my number from one of my credit cards or banking institutions, which I know due to privacy laws is wrong. I purchased a used vehicle Jan 30, 2009. I opened a AE credit card jsut to get a discount right before Christmas. I never received the credit card or statement in the mail. I honeslty forgot about it until I received a phone call from a collection agency stating I was past due on my AE bill. I have never had a worse experience with a company. I ordered a Matrox G400 Max via Second Day Air but they shipped an Asus Motherboard via UPS Ground. I contacted them several times via email but they did not respond. I contacted them by phone and arranged for return and refund. Two weeks later I still had not received a refund so I contacted them again by phone and was told they would credit my card immediately. Two weeks later I still had not received anything from them. We got take out from Panda Express in Apex NC on Thursday ( Feb 5 ). We got fried rice, spring roll and mushroom chicken. Only my 5 year old daughter and I ate that food as soon as we got home at 9 pm. Within 2 hours, both of us were sick, down with severe stomach cramps and vomitting. Gas redemtion certificate given by Napleton's Northlake chrysler, as part of Auto deal. It cost $5 to register. (this may be how they make their money). They were supposed to send a $25 gas gift card after I sent them $100 in gas receipts. I have been doing this since August 08. I have received e mails acknowledging receipt of the receipts. I am extremely wary of online shopping, and this place has totally made my paranoia justified. I ordered a present for my brother in mid-DECEMBER with a money order. It's now JANUARY 7 and I *still* haven't received my item. I ordered the MMX Universal adapter (CM175-UNIV) from them and did not receive it for more than two weeks. When I contacted them seeking an explanation for the delay, none was offered. Their international order creditcard check sucks. 4 days after ordering I got an email that they charged my card with a small amount and I must tell which amount. The creditcard company gives me ones a month a transaction summary and does not give information by telephone or email, so I must wait 5 weeks. On 9/16 they call me to say it is back-ordered until 9/23 and if this was OK, I said yes I would wait a week. This company has amazing customer service. Steve responded immediately to my questions about which CPU steppings were in stock. The software I ordered didn't make any difference w/ my computer. I noticed the day after I ordered it, my bank account had been charged 4 times instead of 1. I called ascentive, who admitted it was their fault, and the refund was complete. I called my bank, who told me they had not recieved authorization for the refund. Then I called ascentive again. Unfortunately my husband and I were placed in the position where we had to search for health insurance. We are both diabetics and when my husband retired because of bad health I came home too. We worked together at our former place of employment. I am being crippled with rheumatoid arthritis and just managed to work until we could be home. After several days of shipping delay the company shipped my order without the city or state entered on the address. Needless to say I never got it. I made several calls to find out where the product was and after about 3 weeks called to cancel the order at which time they told me that they had received it back (about a week ago now) because they forgot the address.
