After placing the order inserting the prices from a legitimate on-line competitor (which were substantially less, by the way) they matched the price, but only beat it by 2.5%, or a 102.5% price match. I asked for a free trial to Acai Xl and Cologenix from the Oprah site and was charged for shipping and handling on January 16, 2009 and never recieved the product. On February 4, 2009 my bank account was charged for $87.13 for each product totalling $174.26. On my next bill I noticed a late payment notice, a jump in my interest rate from 9.99% to 28.99% and excessive finance charges as a result. I bought a car a lipton toyota for export. I payed in cash. They always were delaying the delivery, we always had to get new documents / insurances / ... when finally we go the car after a 4 week delay, the 4x4 gear know was missing.
