We completed our new home in November 2008 and needed blinds. We were lured in with low prices and of course the Home Depot support structure. We paid for HD to measure the blinds and they sent their contractor to do this. When the new blinds were received and the installers showed up. There were several blinds that did not fit properly. This is not a reputable company... It is a scam. The product did not even work. I called to get my return # and sent the item back within the 30 day time limit. They sent the product back to me and marked the box "wrong RMA #" along with a joke of a letter saying we are sorry for any inconvenience. I had to call again and wait on hold for 30 minutes and talk to 3 people. Finally, they gave me a new RMA #. I sent it back again and have been billed for 134.97. Keiser University does not clearly display their tuitions and fees on their site nor do they clarly explain what the fees and tuitions are during the orientation. Took car there to have old tires replaced with new ones I bought off tire rack. They put a nice scratch on my rim and balanced my tire three separate times and still couldn't get it right. Even though the guy who did it drove it said they were good and balanced they weren't. I got on the highway and had some serious vibration. I finally got tired of dealing with these incompetent idiots that I took it somewhere else and they showed me how far off the tires were out of balance and fixed the problem. Purchased a True Form mattress which was not anything like what I lied down on in the store. I believe that what I tried in the store was a Temperpedic mattress. The mattress I got was like a brick. No one would ever have knowingly bought this. This was the second mattress I bought from them. I returned the first, which cost me $250 to return. I sent in all of my gas vouchers and receipts. They took forever to pay and I only received payments when I called and complained. I was paid for three months, but they owe me for the fourth month plus my $5 refundable fee that I paid. Their phone numbers have been changed and there is no way to get a hold of them. Greenway ripped us off on our move from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando. We were quoted a price of $650, and they charge hourly. I placed order for renewal of TV Guide in a phone call from the center on Sept. 19, 2008. I did not know this was a separate agency, I thought I was talking to TVGuide personnel.
