Do not buy from NatraScience! Selling a product called Ultra Acai Berry which is manufactured in Alpharette, GA, this company is scamming people out of money by using an internet ad. This company is horrific. I was lefd to beleive that my order for Sammy's arthritis would be coming any day. I caled three weeks in a row and each time someone from the company told me that it was shippied yesterday. I was online looking for coupons and got on one of those sites where they have tons of advertisements that you have to select no on. I did check the Green Tea FIT because it said free trial. I have not received my W2 tax statement from my employer. These statements were mailed at the end of January. My New Jersey tax information went to another address. That person did give me this one that was put into her mailslot. I have been getting happy meals for my grandchildren for some time. I was under the impression we had a choice of french fries or apple strips and soda or chocolate milk. Worst experience on-line in a long time. Ordered and was given a tracking number on Wednesday afternoon with an email that stated if you have a tracking number the package has left their warehouse. So not true. My package did not leave until Monday. I emailed customer service on Friday and they stated it would leave their warehouse that afternoon...again not true. Customer service at DirectDial.com is terrible. They will not get back to you and really provide no helpful service. So if you run into any problems with your purchase, good luck!! You are pretty much left to fix things on your own. DirectDial.com has no return policy, they would not let me exchange an item I had not used yet! Very poor service. Does not answer phones and cannot prove that product shipped after six business days. Has excuses for everything but they sound fishy. Below is a copy of the dialog after 2 other attempts for confirmation. As you can see below, rather than resolve my issues about knowing the status and tracking numbers of the order they cancelled it. I booked through Orbitz. Paid in advance and got details of charges. Stay there once or twice a year and previously have had no problems. Recently on checkout noticed a daily parking fee fo $15 charged to my bill. All efforts to get this removed failed. it wassnot on the chargge when booked nor any mention of it in details from Orbitz. The bath salts came -- nothing special -- no paper work - no information about the rest of my order. On 2/5/09 I came accross a Company named Easyfortune500. It was in one of my e-mails. I decided to read this and it offered a home job for only $1.96 to get started. Then once you pay the $1.96 fee it takes you to another webpage explaining how this all works and after 7 days you are charged automaticaly $75.00 from your checking or charge card account. I placed an order with digitgo for canon bci24 ink cartridges. When the ink arrived, it some of it had leaked out of the cartridges and the rest of them had dried up. I immediately contacted them for replacements. They responded quickly with a RMA and I sent them back with delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Frustrating experience ordering and returning a product to this company. I purchased a white ergo keyboard for my Mac and instead received a black PC keyboard. The part numbers are mostly different and it's not easy to confuse one for the other.
