I bought two systems from Elite PC, and I will never buy anything from them again.
When I had trouble with one, after trying everything I could, I shipped it back to them to fix. They said "works for us - it must be your RAM". Then they charged me for the shipping and their labor and sent it back to me, still broken.
All my RAM was fine.
I took it to a local repair shop. They found that one of the processors was bad. I had it replaced (it was still under warranty) and now it works fine.

Worst transaction ever!! This site falsely advertised the Pioneer DVR-104 of being able to burn CDRW at 8X and due to this information I bought the drive since I use CDRW a great deal. After buying numerous CDRW media I could not get dvr-104 to burn at 8X. Contacted Pioneer and they asked who was advertising that this drive would burn at 8X for their brochure clearly states only 4X. I puchased a Thermaltake CPU Cooling module for a BTX system. After system was built the whinning produced by the fan was very loud. I contacted Electroseller within 3 days of receiving the module. They told me to contact Thermaltake, which I did. I was told to remove and reseat the module. I did, but still the whine. So I emailed Electroseller and they say my 15 days for refund are up - to bad for me. I ordered a TV from this company which I had some reservations about but it all turned out to be that I had nothing to worry about at all.
They delivered the TV wihin 5 days witha professional freight comapny. Yes they did add 48.50 for freight insurance but after speaking to a rep and checking on their shipping policy and terms and agreement it is mentioned there. Plus with the freight insurance it does guranteee me immediate replacement and 48 Hours after delivery to report any freight problems. Definitely worth it!!! read full review »

I feel like I was cheated by this company. Before I ordered a camera, Cannon SD 400, I called the Electric Sam salesman and asked if this product was in stock. He told me if it was listed online as available it was in stock.

I was looking for a Clover CM600W. Found this store elecOtronics. Their web page said IN STOCK. Just in case, I contacted them and to my "surprise" I was told it was out of stock and discontinued.
I believe they should NOT LIE to customers, and when they are not sure of something they should at least avoid mentioning that something is IN STOCK. They should either put CALL or leave that Blank, but not say IN STOCK, which is misleading to customers. read full review »

Use this vendor at your own peril! I purchased a Metal Gear Box external dual bay hard drive enclosure. egoodz claims a 1 year warranty. It stopped working after 9 months. I checked the documentation for manufacturer warranty info and found no references for warranty or manufacturer contact info. Several emails to egoodz concerning their warranty statement have received no reply. It appears egoodz falsely stated a warranty and/or they offer no support. Terrible experience. I ordered a Samsung D900i unlocked. Received it with a T-Mobil brand, which I hadn't requested. Received order with out any receipt or packing slip. I purchased a 512MB Compact Flash for $88.50. I recevied a call from them the next day saying that the price was now $147. They put low prices on their web site to get high ranking on the price comparison sites but when you try to purchase it, they switch the price.

Bought 4 PC100 memory for $19.99 each and 4 PC150 for $43.60. They charged $16.36 shipping for 8 sticks of memeory.
The 4 PC100 sticks works only in a single bank. My system fails to POST, throws VXD errors and freezes if I use more than 1 stick. Even with 1 stick I get the BLUE screen. Out of 5 system the momory worked in one PC Chips motherboard.
Called them, got an RMA but was told they connot refund my shipping because it's a "compatibility issue" and not a "defective issue". It was a strange chip name that i have never seen before.
So, as a result they lost over $800.00 in sales per month to MWAVE. read full review »

But I had to contact the Attorney General's Office because they wouldn't refund the money. They did finally, I thought, because they put a stop payment on the check & I got a $20 fee for that check being cashed. So now my back took the $36.66 & $20 from my account. Was finally able to get installed, but the device malfunctioned and leaked most of its ink into the printer. There is no phone number to reach echostore.com, which throws up a flag about their business credibility. The email response was inadequate and when pressed for more help, echostore.com quit responding. I ordered a Panasonic camcorder online from this vendor. They immediately charged my credit card, then called the next day, Monday, to tell me the item was out of stock. They then tried to sell me a higher priced model. I refused the offer and told them, both via phone and email the same day to cancel the order and credit my card. No credit has yet been posted to my card's web site. I am very leery of this vendor. They appear to be a classic bait and switch operation. purchased a lowrance iway 100m. the cd was defective. eBuyer.com would not replace it with a working mapcreate 6.3 for my gps. had to call paypal and discover card to reverse my charges, but they were no help either. lowrance finally helped me by 1) warning me to stay away from etailers like eBuyer.com, and 2)they sent me a "real cd" mapcreate for my gps.

I placed an order for 2 BLM-01 LiON batteries and a Kingston 1Gb CF Card for my wife's Olympus camera. I paid for 2 day service.
These were to be Mother's Day gifts. I added a note to the Invoice that it WS FOR MOTHER'S DAY.
As of Mother's day May 11, 2008 the order had not arrived. I was in hospital until Saturday and unable to check on delivery.
I checked my e-mails Sunday to find that the items (all allegedly IN STOCK per their order form & site) WERE NOT SHIPPED UNTIL MAY 9th!
These folks can't be depended on to Rush ship even when you pay a premium for it!
