This company over-promises and severely under-delivers. I sent my hard drive in for repair. Their final quote was ten times the original estimate, so I asked for my drive to be returned unfixed. I ordered acaiberry and tea power free trial. Total charge 4.95 for shipping and handling. I received the product plus bromalite product which I did not order. The initial charge was 34.87 for the item I did not order plus two shipping and handling charges at 4.95 each. Then after 14days my account was charged again. This time for 78.31. Having been satisfied with our meal I decided to give them a 10% tip. I did this using my visa debit card and signed the receipt. When I checked my bank statement they had charged me $10 more than agreed. This is the secont time it has happened at an Outback restaurant so it is not a coincidence. At PTL the drivers are treated like they are a bother or an enemy. Their staff is rude and disrespectful.They don´t want to hear anything from the drivers. They will assign you to one short crappy load after another. And the expect the drivers to just EAT IT! The advertising is set up in such a way that your "free trial" starts the day of your order, is only for 15 days of a 30-day supply, and the product doesn't ship for 3-5 days from the date of your order.
