company said you had a 14 day free trail and instead of waiting for you to recieve it and start the trail they start the trail the day they say you were sent the product and the trail is up before you even use the product. I bought a Sears Kenmore Oasis HE washing machine two years ago. After 18 months I was told I needed a new control panel which costs 400.00, that's more than a new small machine! it keeps displaying F51 in the middle of a cycle and the wash stops. I've read about a class action suit. Sears made a faulty product and needs to recall and replace the control boards for free. It's a terrible machine. They boast being able to do large loads, you can only do small loads or everything is a tangled mess. When it is working you can was only 1 sheet at a time. I had a coupon from 'Money Mailer' for a $70 air duct cleaning and scheduled an appointment. A very aggressive 3 man team entered my home and before they discussed price or estimate the work began and I was then told that the $70 was an old coupon. ServPro over charged for thousands of dollars worth of work they knew would never need to be performed. They double billed for the same work in many of the rooms. I live in the UK (in Scotland) and foolishly gave credit card details in order to obtain a sample of their supplement for £2.72. I received it and then was charged for the next 2 months for over £150 for products I didn't receive or in fact order. Unfortunately for me, as I travel I set up a direct debit with my bank to pay my credit card. I went into the local VCA because my dog was not eating and vomiting bile during a time when my regular vet was out of town for the week. The city of Aliso Viejo has published they are charging $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children to use the new acquatic center. They are not offering a daily annual pass and it is not open all year.
