I booked my 40th birthday party for 125 people with them a 1yr in advance, put down a 500.00 deposit and was told 3weeks before the event that they had to cancel my event due to the Coast Guard shutting the boat down. THis turned out to be a big lie, their event coordinator CHaney made up this big lie, so I had to re-plan my whole party in a matter of 2weeks. I went in to purchase a firearm, and the guy behind the counter was the rudest person I have ever met. Dr. Gil Segev is the worst, and so is Laser Perfect. I went to them and sustained multiple burns (and now with residual scarring all over), and they were not willing to resolve the matter. They did not refund me money that I had paid for a session I never used, and they did not follow-up my burns.
