Beware! I tried calling the whole day and can't get anyone.I tried emailing and no reply. I left a message and still no reply. Stay away from this company. I only order-ed the trial product, which was free but you had to pay-for the shippping of 4.96. Which they did charge me for that but two weeks later they charged my credit card for 79.96. when you call the other number 718-986-5316 is said it's no longer an working number. So found this 800-983-7968. When they answer the phone they dont say the name of the company, so dont be fooled. I just got a notification from my bank telling my there was a 88.97 charge on my account from this company. First of all i have never heard of this company and second of all it was using a brand new debit card i have only used in stores and not on line. Horrible. Waited a month and a half and never got anything. Then I called again and had to wait another 4-6 weeks, so I got a refund. There goes my college year. Spent a lot of time on the internet comparing prices. This store had decent low prices. Spent quite a bit more looking up the catalog items I wished to order. Placed order - then a couple days later, they cancelled my entire order with the reason that "an item was no longer in stock". What a waste of time. Howdy, its been i while. my last post for this company was positive. after that positive post, everything went to hell. the asus mobo they gave had the voltage jumpers switched from auto detect to 2.0v. their tech is a complete moron. eventually my mobo and athlon burnt up. sent the mobo back to gctech, it took over a month to get my stuff back, they sent my a crappier motherboard, and took another month to refund the difference. also my cdrom burned up, got a new one, burnt up again last month, oh well. all i have to say is beware of the company. and yes, gilbert is still a idiot. read full review »

I ordered a Sony DCRDVD200 Camcorder on Mar.18, and received a confirmation via e-mail next day, on Mar.19. I was satisfied with that response, but called them anyway the same day for cofirmation of that order and expected delivery time. I have had this credit card for years and not missed any paymets in fact have paid it off twice in the last 4 years of over $20000 each time, They raised my rate almost 10% more after the balance got high, The government needs to stop the credit card companies from raising rates, and if they do they need to raise the rates on future purchases not purchases already on the card, this is a rip off. read full review »

These clowns left me a message one day claiming to be the sheriff's office. The message stated that this was 'Anthony Edwards' and that he was calling from the county sheriff's office as a courtesy to inform me that 'papers would be filed against me for fraud and theft by check', but that I could avoid these charges by calling this toll-free number. We placed an order a month ago and didn't receive a confirmation email. We thought that was strange and tried to call them and the number was disconnected. We emailed them though their contact page on their website and never heard back from them. Our credit card was charged at the time of purchase. They have changed the number on the website twice and neither work. We have filed a resolution complaint with our credit card company to get our money back. I started receiving phone calls from someone at Alliance One in 2007. The guy who called said he was calling to collect a debt. I don't recall how the whole thing started, there was an exchange of words. I asked him what his name was, he said it was none of my business. I bought a new car in 2005. When I brought it in for its first oil change, Marc, the owner or manager (I'm not sure which) offered me a lifetime oil change card for $150. This entitled me to free oil changes for the life of the vehicle, as long as I own it. - Except for a $3. disposal fee each time. I paid the $150. It's worked out well until now... In December 2008, I contacted Tradelinewholesaler.com and asked how long it would take them to post tradelines. I was told that if I overnighted 50% of the fee, it would get in before the holidays and would post the first week of January. They never contacted me about it so I called on January 7th. I paid $1.95 to receive a CD with instructions that I could use it free for 10 days. Upon trying to use the CD "Adobe Flash Player" stopped a potentially unsafe operation. I was informed that after the 10 days they would be billing me $14.95 monthly until I cancled. I can not reach anyone to stop any further charges to my American Express Card.
