This company has been calling me for almost a year. I have received over 70 telephone calls for someone that I don't even know. Guess having the same initials of the person they are looking for is sufficient grounds to continue bothering me. There were ads running for Barron's Magazine on KDLT TV in Sioux Falls, South Dakota in November - advertising 8 weeks of Barron's for $19.95. When I called the 800 number they upsold me 52 weeks for $52. About a month ago I get a subscription renewal form telling me that my subscription expires in April. I bought a Honda Accord from them 3 months ago. First thing, I had to change a set of tires after first 3 months and it started eating up the tires right after I changed them and aligned them. I was told the car has a FRAME DAMAGE and can't be fixed. I had order Direct TV I had it all hooked up on Jan 20 cancelled on Jan 21 with in the 24 hours like I was told to do. They immediately took $419.20 out of my bank account as an early termination fee. In which this should have never happened they messed up all my banking and other payments. Net Support Services Inc. seems to be a non-existent prescription dispensary. I paid the stated fee for a prescription med, was issued an on-line invoice number. I mailed my personal check to its Miami office. Three weeks later I received a medical history to complete and return. The enclosed letter with the history form indicated I would hear about the prescription status within another 3 weeks. This whole process began December 8, 2008. No resolution or communication back. I went to Domestic Auto Experts and had all four shocks and a complete front and back brake systems put in. That was around three or four grand, just to begin with. I signed up for a Universal Credit card with Universal Credit Bank in July of 2008. Now I've discovered that ID Watch Dog has withdrawal 21.97 from my account without my permission and have attempt to withdraw a total of 7 times from me. Universal Platinum didn't tell me in small print about additional charges for signing up or releasing my info to a second and third party. I have tried for over a month to return the initial order of slimbody pills. Each time that I called the wait has been at least 30 minutes. Today I received my credit card statement per January - February 2009. There was a charge $12.00 which I did not recognize. My call to the company was not successful. Fact is, I never did business with Shoppers Discounts CT and neither did I authorize the use of my credit card. I have no idea how they got my credit card number. Bought a mattress over the phone and the mattress I got was firm, not plush. Returned the mattress. And bought a mattress, substantially more expensive. These guys are a bit shady. I purchased a VWIC-2MFT-T1 dual T1 cisco interface card for my router in January. I found them first in a search by price on pricegrabber or pricewatch and the reviews here were decent. It came quickly and after plugging it in I noticed that the mouse did not appear to charge when placed in the recharger, as the green light did not come on. These people are very bad news. Most of the hardware at these stores is low-grade OEM stuff, not proper boxed equipment .. their return policy is garbage, the prices are too high, they will blame you for ANYTHING, even if the product was defective. They messed up their system by not having the weights of the video cards they sell. Because of this, it took them an extra day to ship out my item. I had paid for 3 day air because I needed by a certain date. We spoke about the mess-up before they shipped. They refused any responsibility in the delay and I was forced to pay an extra $10 to upgrade to 2-day air in order to get my package on the same day.
