I am so frustrated with this online store that I have come to write a review. I ordered 2 leashes - shipped one back exactly according their specs with an RA # on my package and to their address, etc at my expense. I have never been credited so I email about every week! They have since responded to 4 of my follow-up emails saying its in the works, being processed. THEN on Dec 28th they said they cannot find my return! 1 month later; and that I need to call Monday thru Sat. I called on my Saturday morning and they told me I have to call Monday for a supervisor to handle returns! Seems like such a scam to me. I would NEVER buy from this company again. read full review »

TERRIBLE!!! Placed an order for "Panasonic SH-FX67 Wireless Rear Speaker Kit for Select Wireless-Ready Home Theater Systems - SHFX67". Pursued possible employment with Edward Jones. One of the pre employment hoops is for you to go out and do a "survey" which is a door-to-door exercise, I believe, to see if you have the will to make one-on-one cold calls or not. In the two neighborhoods I chose, I ran into to people who had just spoken to someone with the exact same survey questions in the last few days (Edward Jones gives you a script). This Company seems to have stolen over $170.00 from me.It has been months since I ordered and have never recieved anything. I called and talked to sales people severel times and was lied to repetedly. Afrer about 5 or 6 calls I started to get an answering machine every time. The scammers have drawn £1.41p ($1.95c) from my credit card on the same day I completed their dreadful form online on emmillionaire. Sadly those of you who have cancelled your credit cards for a new one, I have to tell you, u will still be charged because what we all did not know is that this company will charge an extra $39.95p in seven days time, and will continue to do so till you find your way around, find them and cancel the subcription. Terrible Customer Service. I've placed a few orders with them, untill the last one service was great. On 9/22/05 I placed a 50.00 dollar order (1 Item), and even paid the extra "speedy processing" fee since the order was placed in the morning. I live literally 45 minutes away from their location and I have yet to get the item! Very dissatisfied regarding a service contract. I took in my Dell computer, which had "clicked off" and wouldn't reboot. I asked for a diagnosis and options. The serviceman said it would be about 24 hours, so a day later I called. Got put on hold for over 5 minutes, hung up and called back. The same guy had simply forgotten me. I must say I am disappointed with my Audi Case that I purchased from you. First of all I send an order for C.O.D. You do not write me and tell me that C.O.D. is not available for 2 days. I had very bad experiences with this GSMphonesource. Their turnaround advertised on the site is "5pm PST Monday - Sunday I will normally have your unlock code back to you the same evening ( unless I am on vacation or its a holiday )". This is a total lie. I Ordered twice from them because I needed an urgent unlock code for my cousin leaving the country. It took a day and a half for them to send me my unlock code. I tried emailing and instant messaging them with no response. And after tons of emails I finally get a response and the guy gives me the worse attitude. Horrible customer service. I too am a little late with this post, but after reading what partons have said I decided to add. I too had a mainboard go bad (PA2007) and returned it for replacement under warranty. They tested the board, charged me for testing it and returned the same board to me, telling me there was nothing wrong with it. Needless to say the board is worthless as it will not run. I absolutely would not do business with them again under any circumstances. Nor would I recommend them to anyone else. They do not stand behind their warranties and they give you the constant run around. Best advice at this point is DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! read full review »

Absolutely awful. Many of us placed orders on October 1st 2008. It is now November 8th 2008 and few to none have received there orders. Many of us placed emails that have been ignored or deleted. Charge-backs are being placed by many. The original ship date was 5-7 days, then 2 to 3 weeks from order date. Now many have gone over a month. I ordered a Supermicro P5MMA98 from GR Company. It took them over three weeks to deliver it. When I recieved it, it didn't work at all. I returned it for a replacement, big mistake, it took them over two month to get the replacement to me. But on the plus side, they are the only company I have dealt with that have knowledgable people reading and responding to email. If they didn't have problems getting things shipped I would love to do business with them again. But as it stands, I cannot recommend them to anyone. read full review »

This company has a lot going for it. I ordered on 10/3 (friday), they shipped the same day and I received it on Monday 10/6). They were the first ones to have the item in stock. So far so good. There was four (4) unauthorized charges on my bank account that i had no knowledge of. When I tried to call the 1-800-712-7222 number, I received a voice recording that stated my account will be updated with further information in 48 hrs. It is now nine (9) days later and it still has not been updated with any other further information. I had to call my bank and shut my account down because of this. I need help with this. I ordered from these people using a unique email address [email protected] (first part is legit, second is not). Anyway, I'm now getting phishing message spam to me sent to this address. They either are sending the fraud themselves or somebody hacked into their site and has all their customer information. Either way, its a site to avoid! On June 25th, 2005 I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses from gogetglasses.com and paid for priority shipping which has guaranteed to be shipped with 2-3 days from order date for a total of $126.99. Folks, dont waste your money no matter how many times Oprah mentions it, I have been charged over $300.0o0 for one bottle of nothing, I have contacted mytrialsupport.com twice to cancel with them and sent products back for refunds (which they only refund 75%) and now this week they have hit my checking account again.
