I purchased my laptop yesterday. I bought it only because I was told by a sales rep i would get my laptop by sunday or she would cancel the order. I spoke to another rep today who said neither was possible plus it is not possible to either change my shipping to overnight (which initially I was told this option does not exist) or to cancel my order. I feel lied to! Every rep I have called since has hung up on me!!! Somehow I got hooked in to a subscription to an Equifax credit monitoring service. I figured I would try it for a while and see if it was useful. It wasn't. So I called in early January to cancel. Some company is charging my credut card without providing any service. I don't even know what Money Tree or Google Treasure Chest is supposed to provide. They keep charging my credit card regardless of my attempts to cancel whatever service they think I have ordered. Today I received my AT&T bill and notice I was charge for "Enhanced Services Billing Inc" on the amount of $14.95. According to the bill it is for "American Envoice, LTD-Voicemail MTH Fee". Yes, it is a scam! They post adds on Craigslist in the rental section claiming this particular property is available and very good rates. They claim the rate for actually purchasing the house. I just called and canceled my order of both of these products, and I also called my credit card company that informed me, if this company makes any change in the amount they charge you, it will STILL go threw, even with a stop charge on the account. Natures best ad for free trial of acai berry gives you 14 days to cancel. You do not receive it for 5 - 7 days and then you need time for your body to react to it. When you call to cancel they tell you the next shipment of 79.00 was already shipped and can not get refund. Then they tell you about the 2 other products you subscribed to that you know nothing about. In an accent that i can not understand she tells you about fine print in the terms and conditions policy. Our home is financed through 21st Mortgage Corp. Instead of using their insurance, we are paying through another company for better coverage at better rates. We are set up with four payments per year by our insurance company and have never been late or had our coverage canceled. I used three 16 foot PODS to move from NY to CO. The people in customer service were nice on the phone, accomodating with changes and seemed like a dream come true for my moving experience.
