This company has a very poor return policy and their customer service department ranks as one of the lowest I have come across. All communication is conducted without names and they will not let you talk to speak with anyone. I would not recommend this company and would ask anyone looking to by snow chains for their car/SUV to look somewhere else. SCC Chains is a much better company to deal with (I spoke with them as well and they always seemed to be ready to help) and will give them my business in the future. Here's a consumer complaint not with the store I purchased this product from, nor the installer, but with the manufacturer! Beware that spending a lot for carpet doesn't translate to long lasting! I purchased the Logitech security camera from my local Best Buy store. The package promised a simple install and good performance.
