I just had Santa Rosa Music Center move a grand piano from just north of Santa Rosa to Mountain View. I am very displeased with the center's extremely unprofessional customer service. The owner Wayne S. is surly, uncivil and combative. He complained that his deliverymen had to wait 30-45 minutes at the destination in Mountain View. This company claimed to have cheaper rates for long distance, than my current carrier ( AT&T), after finding out they were a fraud I cancelled service in Nov. 2008, but they kept charging me on my bill with AT&T and although I've spoken with them on three seperate months, soon to be four, they continue to lie and say they cancelled the charges and refund me back the charges, but they never has. On February 14th, 2009, I purchased and Antivirus 360 Softwared for $129.85 and on February 15th I purchased System Guard 2009 for $59.95. Both items where said to be purchased for protection of my computer, but instead they both caused a VIRUS that infected my computer. For the last month I have been trying to communicate with my husband via phone. The local facility he is incarserated in uses Global Telink. The problem is that sometimes they except my credit card and sometimes they decline it, my bank sees NO problem with my card and I use it for other purposes all the time. When I call their customer help line it either puts me on a call back list and NEVER returns my calls or they say their experiencing high call volume and instructs me to try my call later then hangs up!!! Not to mention that they are very expensive at $2. per call that lasts only 10 mins each. read full review »

C&C Mattress sold us what was supposed to be new Sealy Latex mattress. The day it arrived they delivery men refused to allow us to inspect mattress. After they left it we opened the box and discovered the split down the side of the mattress. We purchased a Mexican automobile insurance policy from GNP through So Ca Auto Club. When returning from vacation we were rear ended in a hit and run accident. All procedures and instructions from the insurance company were followed. We opted to return to the United States and have the car repaired here and were assured that this would be no problem. I bought a NEW Roomba 560 from an eBay seller. I register the product in the company site and the site says its covered under warranty until November 2009. When I contacted the customer support about a battery issue, they are saying that the item is covered under warranty since it’s bought from eBay. A family member cashed a 3 month old (stale dated) check that overdrew ( the check was returned) my account. There was communication with the family member and the check was removed from my balance. DR HORTON has been an absolute nightmare for my family. Imagine this, we moved into our so called new home in July 2004. We thought it was a great price for the size but we did not know any better. I have been trying to reach the number they have on the billing and have been on hold waiting for someone to talk to for 25 minutes now. I did go to a site on line for Grant Funding. It said that the information would be free and that I would need to pay a mailing charge of $1.98. After a while I then received a CD in the mail on that same day I received a notice from my bank stating that I had an over drawen check for the amount of $69.95 and I am being charged $31.93. I think that the Child Support office needs to be investigated to make sure that they are doing there job, and have everyones files done the right way.
