We own a shag rug from Pottery Barn. The rug has been extremely smelly over 1 year and has been shedding for the time we had it. I fell for the free trial, but was alerted to the scam to late. Within minutes of ordering I tried to cancel, by phone but could not get through. I think the number they give is bogus. I read the return policy over and over. They get ya. Time starts the day they ship, it could take up to 5 days to reach you. That leaves only 10 days. Valentines Day nightmare. I ordered a steak and my wife ordered the kabobs. Both were to be cooked medium. I bought an HTC Mogul Mobile phone in the month of July of 2007. I spent 450 dollars for this phone. The Sprint associate told me it came with free modem service to hook my laptop up to it to get wifi service.
