I do not know where this come from, but my account was charged $29.95 on Fef. 9 and $1.00 on Feb. 10. I was also charged the same amounts on the same days from Credit diagnosos that I did not submit. this apartment's management is the worst i think in whole southwest Houston. if u complain for some problem in your apartment, they never fix it soon or some time they dont fix it for days. if u call on emergency number they still dont fix it. they dont do any work in the outside areas. there is water on the broken pass throughs right outside my apartment they never fix it. the owner doesnt care abt it also. they dont fix childrens play area, or the swings or the sitting areas outside. I ordered this product on the 4th of February and your 14 day trial starts from the day you ordered it not when you received it or when it is shipped so when you when you receive it 6 or 7 days are already gone. That is a great gimick. It would even better if it work. It binded me up so bad I had to go to the doctor for relief. This was a very bad experience with this product and the company. We purchased a new computer and tried to transfer the game to the new computer and it would not install. We tried to do the on-line recovery of our purchase and it would not accept it. I ordered from ProFlowers for a funeral and responded to "free delivery", which turned out to be a "coupon" for $15 off a future order. Apparently hidden in the offer was a $1.95 charge for a trial membership to Easy Saver Rewards. I cancelled immediately upon receipt of my credit card bill but am still out $1.95, which I consider the cost of a lesson learned the hard way. I ordered the free 15 day trial of colon zen. I did not receive the product until 12 days later and believed that was when the trial period began. I noticed a charge for the full amount on my credit card and called the customer service number. I was then informed that the free trial actually started on the date of purchase. Purchased the Machoman 250 in July 08, arrived several weeks later, damaged. Reported the damage to Scooter Nitro but they would not let me return it eventhough their website stated that the buyer had several days to return it. The website did not mention that it would be at the buyers cost to ship it back. From the very start things didn't work. The 300 dollar electric scooter sold to me by Quality Discount Scooters worked for about an hour. I was sent the new parts to fix it. There was no way to remove the clutch that was broke without a special tool. They promised a shipping label to send it back to be fixed at no cost. They drug this out for several weeks. I found a local company thru Service Magic, called Ben's Construction out of Tacoma WA. They did not complete the driveway that I had ordered replaced. They left equipment here, I had to complete the work, and clean up after them. I called the company many times but just kept getting the run around. I called service magic to complain but got no satisfactory response. As I returned the rental equipment, I was informed by the rental company that the compactor was actually stolen. Mike Schwartz was very rude on the phone and I was a loyal customer. I was overcharged and when I spoke to him about it he indicated that he would refund me but calls back went to voice mail and I never got anything back. Also one bottle was deformed and looked like the label was scraped off a little and the product smelled like it was old. I should have known better I guess, but it looked fun. I bought the Billy Mays "Big City Slider Station". It's designed to make 5 mini burgers at a time. It's a five chambered pan with circular cups, and it has a top lid that fits down into the circles in order to cook the top of the burgers as you cook. I'm a former employee of this company. I used to work minimum 10-15 hour days for this company and was only compensated for 8 (if i mad any money at all that is). They would require us to come to meetings and if you were a leader or above position wise you were also required to stay late waiting for them to get done with their interviews and get everything ready for the next day. all without compensation.
