My T629 cell phone broke after 1 month of use. I called samsung services (outsourced somewhere in India), return the phone for repair, and waited almost 1 month for the phone to be returned. After opening the package, the returned phone was reassembled improperly ( a large gap remained between the slider and the keypad). Had to call customer services somewhere in India, and was told to return the phone AGAIN for repair. No sympathy, no expedited service, no compensation. The return will cost me another month of waiting. Guess what, it will cost them my unconditional boycott of any and all samsung product. Korean electronic JUNK. read full review »

My wife and I share the same birthday and we have been going to chase suites for sometime. We made reservations for Friday the 13th 2009 February. When we arrived around 9pm checked into room. We are there for the spa in the room. I waited for 20 minutes to heat the water, finally my wife called down and was explained ther is no hot water in the building. There was no need to spend our money on the room, only had a baby sitter for one night. She said what really ruined her night was she was in love with her room. Our names are Mark and Angie.

The "free" 30 day trial of this "miracle" pill was just a mere $1.95 shipping fee. Product arrives without any written stipulations or phone number. One month later my credit card is charged not only the $1.95 but also a $80.00 fee for that same bottle. After spending 45 minutes straight on their 1-800 # I was finally connected to a person who tells me that not only do I have to pay this fee but another one has already been submitted for the same amount for the next bottle they have sent. Offers a "Free Trail" for $4.95 for the acai berry supplement, only to enroll the buyer in several different programs that automatically charge the customer's credit card monthly!!! Even though the fine print states that charges will be made after 14 business days, I cancelled the trial within 10 days and was still charged $79 from natures best acai, $29 from fit factory, and $3 from cost cutters. Brent Fair sold tickets for TAPSCON 2009 while in dispute with the hotel he was having the event at. I paid over 500.00 for tickets plus non-refundable airfare and it was just posted this month that the event has been postponed. Ordered Bonanza" and "The High Chaparral" -- both came with episodes containing the logos of the TV stations they were recorded off the air from: TV LAND, HALLMARK channels. Received call attempting to validate an alleged startup on an account with my phone number, leaving number 800-760-5685 to call back. Since I had not started up an account, called number back. Immediately the company asks for your phone number, name, etc... My boyfriend got his high school diploma about a year ago through the adision high school and payed 299.00 for it. His mom looked up the school and it said they were an accredited school. He signed up for school on-line and the school said his diploma is fake and now he can't go to college. The thing that seems wierd now that we think about it is they sent him a paper that said you can pick your g.p.a! That is just crazy!

The company gave me confirmation number that I would get my refund then never did. I received an phone call several times about government grants being offered and an website to go to. The offer was a free CD with shipping and handling charges of $2.29 which I agreed to. The offer never said a charge of $39.95 would be charged afterwards. Like I said it was a free CD which I have yet to receive. I did not authorize this whithdrawl from my account and I want it refunded. The company can keep the CD. I don't seem to be getting it anyway, but I better get my money back. We ordered this product off the television, and sorry to say didn't check their terms and conditions. I have now cancelled this product TWICE, yet still getting charged with their monthly.
When Companies like this come up, they will do anything to keep these products going, and can keep charging your accounts, until you totally cancel your bank accounts, and start over.
No one will help, and is a form of fraud, but trying to catch them is hard.

Sue Garland who is one of the owners overcharged my credit card by 22, 000.00 . I only ordered a carpet runner and she charged me for all of these items that we had not decided upon. They lied to me, to GA consumer affairs, and the better business bureau, and the credit card company. Sue changed the dates on invoices and was caught in many lies. Not to long ago I download the free version of Stopzilla in order to take care of certain problems I was having with my computer. The advertisement said it took care of all spyware, adware and malware that was on your computer. At the time I didn't have the money to buy a well known program like spyware doctor (which I have now)

We used Hotwire to book our car rental through Dollar Rental in Orlando, FL. We were to pick the car up at their Universal Blvd location the evening of 02/11/2009. We were told while booking they would hold the car for 24 hours.
We called to let them know our flight was late and we would not be able to pick it up in the morning. We were told there would be an additional $300 charge for the car. We were told that the 24 hour hold was through Hotwire only and not honored by Dollar.
