I purchased 6 bras from Julia's bra shop in January using Paypal. They were mailed USPS and I received them on January 29, 2009. I did not like 4 of the bras and contacted JBS to receive a RMA. I returned the items via USPS and they were delivered on Feb 6, 2009 to JBS. As of February 27, 2009 I am still waiting on a refund of $78.87. Paypal refuses to file a claim or issue a refund the JBS website no longer exists (www.juliasbrashop.com) but I keep receiving ad emails from them (last one was Feb 21, 2009). Do not purchase products from South Florida Nutrition. They lure you in with a $5.95 trial bottle of acai berry, but beware...there are "terms and conditions" discreetly placed on a second page (which you have to click on separatley and is not apparant) written in tiny words. I purchased a King Koil Sleep Design 1000 Firm mattress that was manufactured by Blue Bell Mfg. in Connecticut. I've had crippling back and shoulder pain and have gone back to the store where I purchased it who said that it was just "my body adjusting to the new mattress and to give it time." Time Warner's Road Runner high speed cable internet servicce is AWFUL. I have had the service since September, 2008. Since, not a month has gone by without problems. Today (2/26/09) marks the fourth day in a row that my service has been out or faulty. Fed up, last night I phoned customer service.
