I purchased this ebook last year and am paying 20.00 amonth for this book. I moved and since May of 08 was the last time I remember receiving any information. I noticed there were 2 charges on my phone bill for $14.95 each. One from ILD on behalf of Voicemail Professionals and the other from ESBI on behalf of Intelicom Messaging. I called Voicemail Professionals first, and she explained the information had been submitted via USPrizedraw.com, and on what date. She stated it would be cancelled and credited based on my call. For all I know, this could be an accredited college... but the fact that they lied to me about the need to sign a promissory note for them to give me information about my loan, as told to me by SallyMae, was just uncalled for. Never went to their website, or ordered anything from them, never even heard of them untill 5 different un-authorized charges appeared on our latest credit card bill- this one for 39.95. The other scammers were: getgrantcash.com; mygrantdollars; GMP 800 710 2500 of 00; and networkagenda.com. I just received another bottle and called the company and amazingly I talked to the same person who said the person who took my cancelation didn't submit my cancelation. I have been receiving telephone calls that do not concern me or my family. I am 72 years old, a widow on limited social security income. This bill they are trying to collect dates back to l996. I just received an unauthorized charge to my credit card account. This was in no way approved by myself or my wife. When I called the number I was told that they were very busy with phone calls and representative would return my call. I am sure they are swamped with other fraudulent charge calls. I have reported this to my bank and now it has been turned over to their fraud division. I have had to cancel all of my cards and what a pain. I purchased a magazine from a door-to-door salesperson. The money went through my account but it's been over two years and i haven't received an issue! I even called their number on my receipt and spoke with a woman to complain that i hadn't gotten any issues and that it had been nearly a year. Then, she told me to email her my new change of address (i was also calling to update that because i had moved out of my apartment) and my receipt number. It didn't help. I still have no magazines. The unsanitary conditions of this restaurant are atroscious. The manager, Will, used a wet vacuum for 10 minutes during peak dinner time when a customer complained about the accumulation of food underneath the seat cushions of the restaurant's chairs. Recently during our rainstorms I was looking at J C Penny / Home store to purchase furniture for my living room. Upon getting to the second floor I saw a sofa I was interested in and water was dripping down from the ceiling onto the white sofa. Submit Solutions took my credit card information and billed me for building a web site (or so they say). I have been very sick for the past two years, there for having help with my checking from time to time. Now that I back doing my paper work, I see a charge for $34.61 that goes back at least through Jan. 2008. These charges are unauthorized, I did not sign up for anything; and if I go on any sites that you have to call and cancel with in 30 days, (I always do that). I got a card from an aauto dealer for $300 worth of free gas all I had to do was register, send in $5, and then mail in monthly receipts with my vouchers. They said they cancelled my next shipment but I don't trust that they did.
