I am among the many victims of the fraudulent acts of Courtesy Auto World. I traded in 2 newer cars for an older one in attempts to lower my payments in this tough economy. I also cashed in a small retirement account to provide a substantial down payment to off set the negative equity. In Oct 08 I was looking into financing some repairs to my home and learned of a 203k mortgage. I contacted HCI mortgage and was referred to the 'Expert' in that loan for HCI. Advertises real low price, but they insist oh having you order accessories which are overpriced and if you don't need it, they refuse to sell you the initial package alone. This company has websites that advertise free grants. They have you sign up for a free trial for about $2 and then end up billing your visa card about $60 or more per month without telling you anything and you have to notice it on your bank statement. This year a $150 deposit was required for each winter resident. $50 was held by the campground and not added to our first months rent. They said it was non-refundable. Next year we must make a $200. deposit. Of which $100 they say will be non-refundable, when we arrive. I understand deposits and agree if I don't show up it should not be refunded. However all of us winter residents arrive on time and are cheated out of our hard earned money. I don't believe this practice is right, or legal. Attractive comtemporary Hillsdale Furniture purchased on line from Bedroomfurniture.com. Hillsdale- Tiburon Kona Platform Bed. It arrived approx. 5 weeks after it was ordered it. I bought Loreal's eyelash mascara tubes and when I got home I was try to see if it really worked and I opened it up I put the base coat on and it worked great but when I went to put the mascara tubes on my lashes the mascara was so dry that it wouldn't even coat the brush to apply the mascara.
