I placed an order on july 6th 2004 for Gozu on DVD. The order was pending for about a week. When I emailed them the first time I didn’t get a reply. Same thing with the second time and the third, fourth, so on. A week later I get an email telling me that it’s shipped. On their home page they say it should take 1-2 days to ship, it took a week. So I waited some more. Finally today, July 16, ten days after I ordered, I got my DVD. On February 25, 2009, I purchased meals at Zaxby’s for $21.10. When the clerk swiped my card I noticed she looked puzzled and stopped to ask a co-worker to look at the screen. I ordered an RM-1 Scat Mat with 2 chargeable collars. I received the collars within days. I innocently made an inquiry to High Tech Pets asking for an ETA on the Mat. In two months of numerous requests for information I received only automated replies. I requested an RMA number and instructions on returning my order. This week (week of July 18) I received the mat. My first order after opening my account with HIDEFDVD was shipped to the wrong address. It was sent to my billing address not the address i put in the shipping profile. They told me it was my fault and i would have to pay for any extra shipping. They did not ask if i wanted it shipped to my billing address. I ordered a bottle of Acai Berry Edge for shipping & handling only. All of a sudden I was sent a double order with charges of $69.90. Impossible to get through to them by phone to clear this up. I have tried numerous times and waited in excess of 22 minutes long distance to what I believe is a Denver Colorado number. After a week, I wrote to see when they were going to ship out my item, no response, wrote again 3 days later to be told that the item was out of stock and that my credit card was not charged. We puchased a car on 1-03-2009 with sales manger was going to pay off lease and excess mileage. This breeder claims to sell teacup kittens for only $500. He uses a shipping company named United Cargo Transporters. Due to recent payment problems the payment (paid to the shipping company) has to be paid in cash or by wire transfer. Once the money is picked up everyone disappears and there is not only no kitten but you are out a LOT of money. Do not fall for this scam. Due to some deal between Fairpoint Communications and the State of Maine, I and everyone else in Maine were forced to be switched over to Fairpoint Communications for all of the above services - whether we wanted it or not.
