This company sucks. I ordered a multimedia card from them, and it did not work. The company then told me to send it in. I did and then they sent it back to me saying it was damaged. The sticker on the card itself had a little piece missing so "it was damaged and unfixable". Company Blows and you cant understand them. read full review »

Bought 2 pc's from company and it went out of business that weekend. One computer had a bad memory chip and had something done showing it had faster memory than it did. Also memory chip was bad. Other computer had a bad hard disk and now the whole computer I think is fried. It does not work at all To me total fraud on their part because they claim a one month warranty and knew they were just stealing the money with shoddy work and products. I purchased a new set of Klipsch ProMedia Ultra 5.1 speakers in January. By April the subwoofer/amplifier had died. I RMA'd the unit to Klipsh on May 9th. At the time of this writing it is now July 25th and I still havent received my repaired unit. When I call Klipsch I am told the parts are on backorder. These people are complete idiots! First, they give you a window of arrival time of 4 hours...then at two minutes before the 4 hour mark they call to say they are "running behind" and will be another two hours. I used Dr Barry for my pregnancy in 2008 and I have regretted it ever since. He wittheld valuable information concerning my lab results which resulted in a cesarean birth that could have been avoided had I been properly informed or at least given the opportunity to make a decision. He and his staff are very cold and uncaring. At the time I was approached by one of the agents I was told that in exchange for my $800 fee I would be receiving 2 complimentary airplane vouchers that would not expire. The voucher claim ticket in the packet I received states that the voucher is only good for 18 months from the date of issue. Also, what the agent failed to tell me was that in using the voucher I would be required to purchase full rate hotel stays from a list of participating hotels for a minimum number of nights. I signed up for a trial period of 10 days to review access to goverment grants online for $3.95. I was not able to access the website and cancelled my services within the 10 day trial period. They call and harass people into purchasing their cheap travel package. They'll say anything to suck you in, even outright lies. Two people won't say the same thing, first they told us we had to stay at their Daytona property, which was included in the package, then they changed it and said if we wanted to go there we'd have to pay an additional $150 per night because of the date. I purchase an ATV from ATVSWHOLESALE.COM 12/16/08 for $399. I was looking for a kids ATV and selected this company because it was a Yahoo Merchant and I had positive experiences with Yahoo Merchants. I purchased two Oreck XL vacuums. I have a bad back and thought the lightweight vacuums would be a God send. They are lightweight and worked well for a brief time. My older vacuum is four years old and the motor is shot! I spent $300 EACH on these vacuums! The warranty is only 3 years! Okay...I've got mixed feelings about this company. I've had to return a couple bad items and had no trouble doing so. Except with the last problem. Its still ongoing. On the 4th of February 2008 I transmitted my Turbo Tax e-file and noticed that it was not what I had printed and saw it doubled our income. I called Turbo Tax and was told to have the IRS reject our submittal. I called and the IRS - very nice - said we can't do that. They suggested we wait and file an amended form, but give them (IRS) a chance to review our file. So the next day they accepted our submittal and I printed off the file. Product arrived in an unmarked envelope with no return address or order information. Ordered two free trial products which didn't show up together. One showed up two weeks later but they are supposed to be taken together for effectiveness. They offered cancellation of autoship product but with no refund but only if product was returned. I bought my 200 3.2 TL in 2003 from a delarship in North Caroilna. I then had my frist problem with the transmission in sept 2004 with 65, 000 miles. The car was stalling and hesitating. I took it in to Orange Park Acura and they took full responsiblity and admitted that there was a defect in the TL tranmissions that they were working on. They replaced my transmission free of charge.
