He outlined in an invoice products/services to be performed and we gave him a check of $1, 500 towards completion. I tried to cash an Insurance Co. reimbursement check made out to me at my local Genuardi's food store. I entered my SS# as directed by the clerk, who had my Drivers License in front of her and she entered that info. She told me that she could not cash the check as Certegy, their check cashing agency said that my name and SS# did not match. She tried twice more after I gave her my SS card and Medicare Card which has my Social on it. Still refused because name and Number did not match. stated that had grant dollars at no charge, and cost 2.95 for disc and advised that they could not charge nothing else on my credit card and the woman that called said nothing else would be charged and she charged another charge on 2/12 of 49.95. I called to cancel this service over a year ago. I was emailed the cancellation form, returned it to them at the address specified and thought that was the end of it. Fast forward one year, I looked at my account to find that they are still charging me a monthly fee of $26.95! So I called to aske why am I still being charged for a service I cancelled. I purchased a new home and received a one year warrenty on all appliences, I bought a new frig and put the one that came with the home in the garage after about 3 months it has stopped cooling, I called AHS and they advised me that they would't repair it onless it was in the kitchen. I feel this is crazy because the Frig never left my home and it would have stopped working no matter where it was located. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well. This office promised they would negotiate my tax issues and [email protected] said that at least 1/2 the amount owed would be reduced off tax bill as they are just fees and such that the IRS would be willing to drop. I order a Hunter 52" Low Profile III ceiling fan from these people back on October 15th, 2008. They charged my credit card immediately. I was sent a confirmation e-mail which said that it would ship on October 30th, and they would send me a tracking number. The 30th passed and nothing. Horrible service, well actually no service. A vm msg saying to email website does not classify as customer service (this recording runs during their "normal business hours". They have yet to reply to any emails I have sent about the item that was ordered and yet to received. The two times that I was able to talk to someone they told me that my order was to be rec'd on x date. The day has come and gone. I will never purchase anything from them again. Should never order anything that may be out of stock. I ordered 4 items, 2 of them was out of stock at the time. I kept on waiting, hoping that it'll be in stock. Only problem is, not only did the 2 items stay out of stock, the other 2 gone out of stock too. During all that while, I contacted them a couple of times via the contact form, no response. I ordered an external Seagate drive, which, despite the fact that it arrived within a reasonable amount of time, turned out to be a bad one. Rather than pursue a refund, I decided to replace it with an internal drive and caddy. I ordered from Lagoom because the shipping from Freemont, CA to my Oregon home is a 2-day trip by the ground method chosen; even if the weekend order was shipped out as late as Tuesday, I'd be easily building my system over the weekend. I am extremely dissatisfied with KVM Tools. I placed an oder with KVM on 12/2/08 and the merchandise I received was defective. They do not answer their phones, they do not return calls from the many messages I've left etc. I have since returned their merchandise but they have yet to remove the charges from my credit card.
