This company sold me a lemon of a used car. It needs over 7000 dollars worth of fixes to make it work correctly and the transmission is about to go. Not being a mechanic I asked for a service report and they said that they would get it to me. They never did. CSB is a total scam. $11000 for what? You can get a AA degree in broadcasting from your local junior college for less than half that. Was with company 3 months. The company raised rates without warning, when asked reason they said they didn't have a BMV report on the driver listed on the policy. During the initial policy setup on the phone, the operator was able to see the listed driver's BMV record when the policy was setup in the first place.
