I went to a website about 3 weeks ago and it said FREE CD, just pay shipping and handling fee of $1.98. I did not see anything else on the site that would cause me any concern. There was no contact information given on my online bank statement as to a phone number, just Reg.Net whom I did not recognize. Purchased a Jabra JX10 headset from the lowest price on pricegrabber that seemed to have a decent rating. Opened box to find package will seal broken. Contents had clearly been opened and re-packaged. Tried it our anyway, no surprise - It doesnt work. Even took the time to call Jabra support and confirm. After three emails, they reply with RMA number and not only do I not get back my shipping costs, but I have to pay to send it back! Online ordering process allowed me to go all the way through without one hesitation on Thursday, with next day air shipping at $60+ as this is an urgent item. Friday went by, Saturday went by, on Sunday I receive an email from an email address I cannot reply to telling me the item is out of stock, discontinued and that they "may" try to backorder it. I check online and find that it is still listed on the website with a discounted price, and you can still go through the order process with no issues. I ordered the trial version of the Resveratrol and I liked them. Then, one month later, I get charged not only for another shipment, but 3 "Currency Conversion Fees"! This company is supposed to be in FL, so why the conversion fees??? I still don't have the product in my hands despite the status saying "paid".I tried calling their customer service number and it actually asked me to leave a message. I have a 2006 PT Cruiser. Recently a person who had been behind me, pulled up beside me and toldl me all my tail light were out. When checked, there was condensation (water) inside the tail light cover. We replaced the burned out light bulbs and dried out the covers. About a week later, I went through a car wash. Again last week, my tail lights are out and there is more water in the tail light covers. I'm thinking they are shorting out from the water. Going to dealership tomorrow. Do not order from these people. They do not ship you what you order and they charge an arm and a leg. Furthermore, they leave ABSOLUTELY no contact information in order to process a refund. This company has been sending me letters to settle a debt that is 5 years old, just recently i received a call harassing me to pay them. The original debtor has already charged off the debt and now Merchants Credit Guide wants to collect it. I was actually considering paying them off because they were offering me to pay half of the debt. I received the product and thena week later I received another shipment which I did not order or approve. I purchased a security system billed by MB CONTACT.COM on December 10, 2008. This is set up to run a security scan every day. When I looked at the program this past Monday, it had not run a scan since installed in Dec 10. I set it up to run on Monday and it is still running today. It sayd there is a trogan virus but it never finished the scan so I could see if it was destroyed or not. Initially this program was supposed to be $41.31 for a three year membership, but my card was billed for $69.14. I want my money back and this program has been deleted from my computer. To top it all off, I cannot even gain access to the site itself and the customer service reps are not helpful at all. Don't order the custom picks from Steve Clayton. I ordered the white Pearl picks. The imprint comes right off. All you have to do is bend the pic a little and the imprint comes off on your finger.
