I recently ordered a limited edition of the Breyer Spanish Flamenco Horse and Rider. Ordering on line what I saw wasn't what I recieved. I preordered and waited a month. The online picture [which has now been changed] showed a beautiful bit and large conchos on the bridle, the box I recieved it in showed the same thing. These people are complete crooks, I will never deal with them again. I bought an SN25P system from them because if supported RAID, but it never worked properly. I returned it for another one which had the same flaw. Clearly the product had a design flaw. I requested a refund but they wouldnt' give me one. I would rate them much better except for the fact that when I tried to return a bad motherboard (Tyan 1590), I couldn't get anyone to respond to my emails or phone calls! I, too, was deceived by this company. My father and I each ordered two "OEM" Western Digital WD7500AAKS hard drives, for a total of four. They arrived fine, but they were what I would clearly consider "white label" and not actually "OEM." I had a bad experience with this company. I paid extra for overnight delivery. It arrived a day late. I made peace with that. One of the modules they sent was not what I ordered. Tech Support wrote me back promptly and said that there must have been a mistake in the warehouse and that if I wanted to return it, to contact them and they would commence the return procedure. Their tech support is bad, really bad. They want to accuse you of wrong doing way before they'll accept that their product may be at fault. Had a board of theirs that went bad.
