Watch out . This is a scam.This company's name is actually Amir and Sanchez Nutraceuticals. They also have an address in Torrence, Calif. Anyway, they have made an unauthotized charge on my credit card for $79.96. I dont want their product nor have I received what they are charging me for. At one point, I got through to the automated voice and listened to strange music for 20 minutes and never once talked to a person. Cross Country contracts out providers throughout the country. One of there providers ( Keyhole Roadside Assistance ), based out of Richardson Tx is rampant with such unconscionable activity. I was later called and told that the toner was part of a package price and that they would ship the rest of the package. I poured a cup of coffee at a gas station in Rugby, ND into what was listed as a 16-ounce size cup. I purchased the water and ice dispenser. After the warranty period I notified Air N Water the product only dispenses 1 Liter of water at a time which is not part of the product description. I paid to have the unit returned. They shipped a new unit. This unit does the same thing. I requested shipping labels to return the product and get a refund. They refuse to send shipping labels and state they will only ship yet another unit but will not comment if it should dispense more than 1 liter at a time. My daughter and I had lunch at this location on 1-4-09. It was the first time my daughter had been to one of Chipotle's restaurants. We both ordered burritos and dined in the restaurant. After 2 weeks, I contacted the customer service if my returning is in right process as I haven't received any feedback. I was not able to get my car fixed and I had to pay for the estimate because Dealer Warranty Services need to see proof of oil change for the LAST 2 YRS. But we service our car at home. There is no reference in the contract for proof of oil change when done at home. The car isn't even in bad condition. We are a small family owned office supply distributor, The Bethany Group was one of our largest accounts, we trusted them and their employees, when they got behind with what they owed they always said they would send a payment and they did, until recently. The company now owes us over $20, 000 of supplies that we delivered to them that we had to pay for but they still haven't. The employees who knew the company wasn't going to pay but still ordered supplies from us are just as bad as the owners of the business who I read about all over the internet.
