We ordered two Tiffany Lamps on 02/24/2009, we authorized the charge on our Visa card, money was transferred on 02/25/2009. This is 03/12/2009 and we have not received the lamps, nor have we received any shipping confirmation. We did receive order confirmation on 02/25/2009. When calling to check up on the shipment no one is there. I pressed for customer service, sent to voice mail, I pressed for the Operator, sent to voice mail. Left four messages, but have not received a response. Sent two emails to them, have not received any responses. BEWARE of the website listed above! Last month I noticed a $39.95 charge on my bank statement that I didn't recognize. I contacted the 800 # associated with the charge to inquire. The rep told me that a couple of weeks earlier I had signed up for a two-week trial for a service I knew I had NOT ordered: I neither have internet service at the time; nor had I for several months prior. In February I ordered online a free sample of acai berry supplement for the price of shipping, $1.99. As of March 9, while checking my account online I noticed an unauthorized withdrawal from my account in the amount of $79.96 from www. natures acai.com.
Since I did not authorized this withdrawal, I want the money redeposited ASAP from said company.

I tried getting on to my wireless internet on my laptop but was unable as there was not internet options. I called QWest to trouble-shooting. They told me it was my computer. They did not check my modem. I called my computer support, they charged me $297.00 to check it out the software. This company is a fraud. They were holding several thousand dollars of ours unjustly. They said they were conducting an audit. I sent them all the documents they requested and still held our funds for 2 more weeks. I called several times and spoke with Shaquana and her manager Josh. They were both very rude. They tried to tell me how to run our business and how we can charge for our services. I am very disappointed with this company and will never use them again. This company is horrible and I am so upset that I didn't think to review all of these comments before I purchased a Garmin GPS Unit from them. I found them on a site that gave them 5 stars for customer service and decided that the Web site looked like a legitimate company.

I googled them and found this complaint board, which then prompted me to look through my e-mails to make sure I didn't do something intentionally through a company affiliated with them somehow. I received a call about a free 14 day trial and was to be charged a one time fee of $4.99. I agreed to the trial only. A $1.00 dollar extra for something else unknowingly and then charged another unauthorized 74.45 on debt card, called in to dispute the charge she said that I had agreed to this. I told her she was crazy as a bedbug I would not agree to this. The product doesn't work, I told her I would return it and she said they did not take returns. Looking to purchase a 302 (3.3L) engine block-claimed that they had one with 40K miles and in good shape with 90day warranty--turns out the engine has a blown cylinder ---tried to call them back, no answer--emailed them, no answer--
This company is total scam--do not stand behind there product, any warranties on parts are a joke seeing as you can' get them to answer their phone. I have not had a problem with PODs until I moved to Egypt. The first incident was 12/2007. For some reason, I couldn't wire money to my acount in the US of A because of incorrect swift numbers. In November 2008 I was quoted $123.15 and 5-7 days to fix a broken mirror. 3 months later, I still do not have my mirror as yesterday I refused to pay the $236 they are now trying to charge me.
It was explained to me that $236 is for "missed deliveries", which means that twice their delivery guy came to my house - but not at our scheduled time. I'm posting on behalf a friend I find this unbelievable . My friend bought a car two weeks ago got approved with a cosigner . Paid a deposit of about $1500 and then after the fact they take it back . Don't even get a cab or provide transportation back home which is sad. Then they make my friend wait a week to get the deposit back(we are still waiting) . Supposedly the lender called the loan . I dropped my two cats off at All Pets Vet clinic to be spayed and declawed. I was told they would need to stay overnight and would not be allowed to go home until 3pm the following day so that they could be "monitored." I authorized shipping payment $4.99, from my checking account for free sample
bottle of natures acai. I received the bottle, but then was charged an additional $79.96, which overdrafted my account. I called my bank and they issued me a new debit card, closing out the old one. The bank investigated the claim and came to the conclusion that I had authorized the transaction and ended the claim. Please do something about this company! From the comments that I have read, I'm glad I cancelled my debit card before they charged again.
