The Parts Place
I spent around $1000 with this company to order parts for my 1979 Trans Am. One of the parts I ordered was a headliner. I specifically said I needed a headliner for a 1979 Trans Am. They shipped a headliner for a 1970-1974 Trans Am which is nothing like what I needed.
I called them to tell them they made an error and I would need to exchange it. They told me I had to pay to ship it back to them and then pay to ship the correct headliner to me.
I called this morning and spoke with 'Joe', the Manager. All I wanted was to be... read full review »

We were vacationing in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and were scheduled to depart for home (Atlanta, Ga.) on January 2, 2009. Our flight was canceled due to weather conditions. The first flight we could get out was from Idaho Falls, Idaho, January 4, 2009. We were forced to rent a car and drive to Idaho and spend 2 nights in a hotel. We incurred extra expenses we had not planned on spending (over $1, 000.00) and 3 of us missed work on Monday, January 5, 2009 because we had to drive home to North Carolina after arriving late in Atlanta Sunday night. Shane Co.
My diamond fell out of my wedding ring. Went to Shane Company to replace it with the 'lifetime' warrenty. They would not replace it! We had it in 7-9 months ago to have the tips fixed. They said that they had no record of this. In the 10 yrs that I had the ring, we brought it into the Shane co. at least 10 times to be cleaned and twice, repaired. The first few times, they would give me a card. Later on, they would just tell me that it is on record that I came in and that I don't need a card to state I was in.

Shoes-Under
I just placed an order for 2 shoes-under products and they're advertising "buy one for $10 + $6.99 S+H and get a second shoe-under for free, just pay another $6.99 S+H." I'm no math major, but I believe the total for my order should be $23.98...I just got an email order confirmation and it looks like they've charged me $47.96!!! I called the 800# to cancel my order and guess what?! I sit on hold for about 10 minutes and then get disconnected! The first time I though it was a fluke but I've called three times now. Each time I'm on hold for ab0ut 10 mins and each time I get disconnected. This is unreal. read full review »

Jarvis Appliance
We purchased all of our appliances, totaling around $18k, for a custom home we were building. Because I was purchasing the appliances months before they were to be installed, the sales manager told me the appliance warranties won't begin until I receive my Certificate of Occupancy and move in.
Shortly after moving in, the built in microwave began acting up, as if there was a short in the wiring. It wouldn't happen often, every couple of months, or so. I finally called Jarvis after about the 4th month. They subsequently came out... read full review »

Fendi wallet (M80031) received was inconsistent with the wallet photographed on the company's website. The website indicates that its products are '100% Authentic Guaranteed'. Upon consultation I discovered that the product shipped appears to be a counterfeit. The wording on the website appears to be aimed at misleading the consumer, as what one is actually guaranteed is an authentic wallet, handbag, belt, etc. and not necessarily an authentic designer product.
