A live customer service representative will be with you shortly. We apologize for the wait. We value your business and we'll be with you as quickly as possible." I took out a loan on 11/28/08 for $750.00. Then refinanced and borrowed an extra $375.00 on 1/15/09. I have been paying them back every two weeks now since November of 2008 and every time i am due to make a payment they charge me and outrageous fee... Warranty America is disorganized and has poor customer service. After a year, they still don't recognize my policy number. The first excuse was that it was a new type of policy. I figured I could get the smog now and the oil change later due to time constraints. This company is a huge ripoff. They can do nothing to repair your DAC. I was fired from KLLM because I needed 6 weeks off for surgery. I brought my cat in to this facility on a weekend as no vets in a 70 mile radius had after hours care. My cat was severely dehydrated and sick.
