My husband purchased the Alienware m9750 in February 2008 as a gift for me. The system worked fine for a few months, but then began having problems keeping time. Proflowers is connected to a company called freeshipping.com that offers you free shipping on your purchase when you sign up to their program that costs $14.95 a month. I'm told by entering your email and zip code you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. This is complete fraud and illegal. The charge comes through as Easy Saver or EMI Encore Marketing. Call 800-444-9491 to have the charges removed. I have reported the company to VISA and the Better Business Bureau. They called my cell phone and said that my name was associated with a person I had never heard of when they searched this persons social security number. It said the person was listed in a law enforcement database as a relative of mine. I have never heard of the person and have no relatives with any sililarity in names. When I questioned the person about what law database they got the information from, they were rude and told me they would remove my name from the associates list and tried to get rid of me. I was pulled into an advertisement which had a young lady saying she used two different teeth bleaching kits (for the cost of S/H) and it showed a picture of her remarkably white teeth. I got taken. They have phony lying advertising that says that they are looking for agents but it is a way of marketing their junk. I purchased two vehicles from Clear Lake Nissan Dealership and they forced me to purchase the Advantage Plus (Pro-pack) it suppose to have coupon vouchers you can use at their dealership with alot of stipulations. The booklet is worthless and non-beneficial. The whole booklet has mostly car wash / vacuum with any other services throughout the booklet. You have to pay for everything inside the booklet. These people are running a scam that ranges from California to Arizona to Florida with multiple levels of fraud and manipulation. They called us several months back and already had our credit card number. It seems anytime I mail my monthly payment to Leaf, it always shows up in their hands a day late. A late charge of $39 incurs if late. I have mailed payments to New York (from California) and they typically make it there in 4 days. Again, this month, I decided to mail in my payment to Leaf (I pay by phone most of the time because they're unreliable, but it costs me an extra $10 to phone it in) because times are tight. When I pulled up our bill, I noticed, ON THE LAST PAGE AFTER ALL THE LEGAL INFORMATION, charges for $8.23 from this company. When I got AT&T on the phone, they told me I had been paying for this "3rd Party Voicemail" for 7 months. October, 2008 I contracted with Mega Moving to move my things from West Palm Beach to Homosassa and the charge would be $80 per hour for 3 men and 1 truck.
