We've lost all confidence in Sleepy's. We tried their 'diagnostic' bed which was supposed to indicate the best mattress for us. I have a Waltmartmoney Visa/debit card I put $200 on it went on a trip when I went to purchased gas to return home it declined $20 worth of gas thank God I had an emergency checking account to get back home. When I got home and check my account on this card I had $65.74 still on the card. This card is dangerous from my experience. I ordered a Mustek scanner. The scanner is defective, after spending 4 hours with a Mustek tech it still didn't work. I called ANT online to return it, my request was denied and I was told to contact the manufacturer. I contacted Mustek after numerous calls I now have to send the scanner to them in a DIFFERENT box (a hassle) and pay additional shipping costs...which will take weeks. I ordered the free trial and it didn't work. When I ordered I had to sign up for the auto-ship to get the free trial, with option to cancel at any time. I called and canceled my auto-ship program within 2 weeks of receiving the product. I was charged on my account $79.90 even after canceling.
