I submitted all of my forms correctly, they did not update status for long time. When I e-mailed them 2 days later they denied for the same reason everybody is complaining about. I did not submit everything, which was not true. I attached documents with my e-mail and sent them again, which they totally ignored. Very simply put my Toshiba Laptop was sent out for repair 4 times in a 6 month period and when I did not work the 4th time they wanted to give me an HP laptop as a replacement. The Toshiba I purchased was over $2200.00 with the extended 5 year warranty. They want to give me a $500.00 HP to replace it. We switched from Fairpoint to Comcast over two months ago, but they continue to bill us for service. We cancelled at the time of conversion. It has been extremely frustrating trying to reach a person who can help me as I've called 7 or 8 times and either been disconnected or on perma-hold greater than 15 minutes. SBC/AT&T let an unauthorized person set up this service without my knowledge and then continued to bill me for it for 17 months! This is absolutely ridiculous. It is billed as Total Protection Plus VMail with a monthly fee of $14.95!!. On Feb 23, 2009 I purchased the Pick Two for lunch including a half sandwich, soup and chips. While eating my lunch and nearly half way through eating my soup I discover a centepede type bug inside. Misleading about "Free Sample" you pay S/H charges but then they clip you for at least $87.13. I reported them to my bank, FBI's internet crime division as well as the FTC( Federal Trade Commision). I purchased a house full of sear appliances including a washer/dryer stacked unit in May 07. I didn't hook up the washer/dryer until June 08 and it is defective.
