Applied for a secured Visa from them March 3, 2009. Provided a checking account information and authorized them to take out $350 for a minimal line of credit. Was told that I'd receive a card within the next 72 hours. Checked status on March 10. Learned that $350 had been taken out from my checking account, yet no confirmation of approval. That same day, faxed a letter to 302 456 1013 requesting to cancel card request and to return $300 (less $50 for their processing fee). Do not buy this contract!!! It is not carried out. We paid $399 for a service contract. When we called for the last service, we were told, we called too early. I order a "free" bottle of AcaiPure and Purity 12 (for colon health) being charged $4.95 for shipping and handling. Received both, instead of cleaning my system, I am constipated. Then the charge of $74.95 appears on my statement, then $39.95, then $29.95. I signed up for a website with a onetime fee of $1.99 to access grant information. The next thing I knew I was getting charged 29.99 a month for ID LOCK ON identity theft. I think there must have been some id theft involved. I recieved the item on the 10th day of the 14 day free trial. I cancelled the item on 12th day after only 2 days of being able to use the product so as to avoid the $90 charge. I like the whole unlimited tanning for a single price a month, but the idea of giving them my credit card in order to do so is what I hate. I was willing to pay for the complete contract up front, but they wouldn't let me. Accenture's public sector is full of incompetent management who harasses their employees and places blame on them just to save their own neck. Bryon LaBombard from IRS HCTC project is a key example of this. He constantly can't deliver because this id**t doesn't know how to gather requirements and manage assets and then goes around talking bad about employees to other employees, even those who may have quit because of him.
