I ordered a trial rapid reading cd. I was given an extended trial because by the time I received the item, the trial would have been over. I returned the item on March 3, 2009 via the USPS. I received a charge on my account on March 28, of $69.00. Tanya, an uneducated sounding sales person answered the phone. She refused to help me, and would not check with her warehouse to track the package. She then, would not let me speak with her superiors. There's a company called CallCoverge in Gurgaon, India which is a venture of Virgin Avenues LLC, which claims to provide call center work to be done from home. This company completely ignores and belittles their small distributors. Not only do they not meet their agreed upon payment terms, but they go over by 2-3 months and pay their small distributors when they feel like it. They put bigger companies ahead of the smaller ones. After sales service for 52 inch LCD Samsung 1080 p T/v purchased through Ken Kranes. We purchased the above T/V from Ken Kranes at a high price of $4000 about 2 years ago.
