Don't fall for this companies lies about how they help our military. They are a rip off plain and simple. They loan you money but they charge a huge % on each loan. They are deceptive when they talk to you about loans to. I am reporting this company to the States Attorney General because not only did they scam me but I have a few buddies who also got scammed in other states. The feds should shut this company down because they pray on the military. I have read a few reports on here about them. I only wish I read those reports before I got a loan with them. I ordered 15 cartons of cigarettes from oklahoma-outlet.com and so far they have just taken my money. The cigarettes were a total of 239.25 plus 33.56 shipping. My order was placed on 3-25-09. They immediately took the money out of my checking account. I called them today (4-7-09) and they told me that THE ORDER STILL HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED. I was furious. I told them that I didn't think it would be legal for them withdrawing the money out of my account while knowing they did not have the product to fulfill my order. I ordered parts from bestboatparts.com and received some of them however they shorted the order and said they would send the rest. They never did I have sent several e-mails and made several unanswered phone calls to them.
I was able to leave a message only once due to the fact they usually just don't answer the phone nor do they have a good answering service . I can not believe after spending the thousands of dollars last year with them that they did this.

Last year Chevron shortened terms of credit card from 21 days to 14 days in order to avoid finance charges. They received the last payment on a Monday with the due Date the day before on a Sunday. They posted payment on Monday and submitted late and finance charges of $60.00 on a $500 balance. When called they refused to waive the late and interest charges. This is a complete ripoff. We have been customers of theirs for over 10 years.
Watch out. Also they charge you a $5.00 for receiving your statement via mail. If you receive by email it is waived. Another ripoff. read full review »

I purchased a gaming system from a seller on Ebay. When I received it, I plugged it in and it did not work. I contacted the seller and he apologized and told me to return it so he could refund my money. He told me that I needed to overnight it though because he would be out of the country for a while. I like others have fallen for this onetime offer of $2.99 for a CD on grant applications. I have rec'd it and never used, Never lo on to their site. Yet last month they charged me the $39.95 and $34.95 for use of their program. Thought that I had it cleared up, yet they hit me gain for the same charges. Modern Auto Air Inc., when I first called I was told to bring in the vehicle they will do a thorough check up and let me know what is wrong with the A/c. Telephone had no warnings about high fees. No instructions to ask for fee quote. No operator was involved.

I ordered a glass desk from computer desk.com. When the shipment didn't come in a timely manner, I tried calling their customer service and got an answering machine. Left messages with no return phone calls.
I also left emails, I got one line responses saying that the desk was on back order a couple of times, and they would never give me a tracking number. Three months have gone by and I have been trying to get my money back.

This all started March 4th with a phone call to a Jacob Kostrzewa in the sales department. Seemed to be a good guy and tried to help me get a wire harness for a cp3 pump that had gone bad. Since mine was one of the first ones they sent out it had 3 wire's instead of two.

Grant 360 Sucks, They have cause me a lot of problems in just a couple of days. I thought I was paying 1.95 S&H for a grant writing kit.
I was on my way home from a different city 3hrs away from my home when I stopped to get gas and my debit card was declined. I was lost for words, I knew I hadn't made any big purchases. American Equity Mortgage is a scam. Please make sure you get a few good faith estimates to make sure you are not taken advantage off. They will try and charge you as much as they can on every loan. Company will not give you a GFE unless you come in to the office. Just beware your experience will differ greatly depending on your loan officer. Get a few quotes. They charge a lot of bogus fees and will take advantage of you if they feel they can.

Rented the car in France last summer from Europcar in Avignon TGV station. Returned it 3 weeks later in Rennes and a few weeks later got a bill in the mail which was 300 euro higher than anticipated. I called back after cancelling to ensure that my account no longer existed. It was confirmed. 2 months later, I receive a charge on my credit card fo $14.95.
