I have taken my vehicle in for an oil leak behind the timing cover no less than 9 times and this store claims that they have repaired the leak at least (4) times and I still have a continous leak. So here's what happened to me. I have a total of 3 chase accounts. Two I have had for years, they are set up on auto pay for min since they are at 3.99% for life. The third I got to transfer a balance off another card that had a higher rate. Well, I go in and set it up for auto pay. Apparently, I made a mistake and it did not set up correctly. Are fraudulently attempting to debit money from my checking account for a dental financing account paid in full and closed in 2006. They state that they sent a notice advising that failure to provide proof that the account was paid in full would constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of a balance they state is still due and payable. I was tryting to send the money to India in Dec 08. The money was detected from my account the very next day. I have the tracking number with me. But it is not received to my bebeficiary in kerala till date. ICICI never tell you why or what went wrong during the transaction or what is the next step to approach.
