I allowed the owners of the Charleston boat club (aka Freedom Boat Club franchise) to handle the sale of my membership. It was a cash transaction. After the sale, where I was supposed to receive over $3, 000, they sent me a check for $675. I complained and complained and finally got almost my balance. They kept back nearly $700 for some sort of fee. At the moment of purchasing the panthera chamelion we had not been informed that the animal has a problem with the mouth. We notice later on and went back to the store. Just then they explained the problem. I ordered a cd for 1.99 and it was a 7 day trial and i unsubscibed one day too late. Without notifying me they took $75.77 out for the next month.On the phone, a very rude and unprofessional the whole time.She said that i didn't read the terms and conditions very well. She said I could send an email to their web address which is support@instantgrantaccess. S I tryed to Email them and it wouldn't go through, it said the other email address declined my mail. ordered 2 kitchen counter stools in March. Never got by there est arrival date. called and they told me they were delivered to my house and sat in front of the garage doors. Told her they were not, 5 reps later they found out they were delivered to NY not PA. They called the company and another set was to be sent out the next day and they would email me with the tracking # and still nothing. We use them to ship a Japan shipment, and our shipments were vandalized. Goods were stolen, half carton of items are gone, packages are ripped opened and the contents were stolen. We confirmed with customs that they didn't open any boxes. The shipment arrived weeks (after clearing customs) before they deliver with an excuses that they don't have enough truck to deliver. I've been a season pass holder for Mammoth's MVP Season Pass (Mammoth Value Pass) since 2001 and my boyfriend has been a season pass holder since 2005. Every year starting April 1 through April 30, Mammoth starts their season pass sale for the upcoming winter season. Prior to 2005, the MVP pass sale was based on first come, first serve until the maximum number of passes were sold, and it was completely open to the public. Since the moment my family and I moved into our apartment in Norcross, GA we've been having GA Power bills in the amount of $250 plus dollars monthly. We couldn't possibly be using that much electricity each month, we have 2 televisions, a computer and regular appliances. Back in October 05 we found a website called Brandshut and talked to "the salesperson" (I think he is the only salesperson besides the owner). The information on the website and from the salespersons mouth was that the bikes went 85+ and came with a windshield. Now the website states the bikes go 65+ and no windshields which is good for them because the bikes BARELY push 70 and constantly are making noise. I have also been slammed with long distance charges to this number for the last TWO years. Every month I call BellSouth to have the charges removed. I have even moved and had my number changed. I placed an order for some very specific year-model truck parts from Tellico4x4.com. Some of my order was "lost" and had to be resent. Then it turns out that the parts are mismatched. After numerous emails and calls, the wrong parts were sent again. I did the research myself and GAVE them the right part numbers. More calls and delays and emails and I STILL don't have the right replacement parts. Now I've been told that I will have to pay to ship them back and will be given an in-store credit. The installation was very poor; the bay window frame started coming apart in a few months, the casements on the bay window never opened properly, and one of the sliding windows had a wrong-sized screen shoved in its place.
