ordered a simple cellphone cover and have not received it. It has been two months. Contact with Customer Service was cordial but the standard complaint historical account is accurate. I broke a tooth, and went to them to have it fixed. I sat in the dentist's chair for over an hour before she came in. She barely spoke a word the whole time, except "Open Please". Hotwire booked me a 1 bed smoking, when needed 2 bed nonsmoking. Found out through hotel that Hotwire charged me for price of 2 bed and hotwire takes huge commission on booking. I purchased a sim card from Call in Europe prior to a trip to Italy. I inserted the sim card and was given instructions to call a number to set-up the voice mail prompt. After being disconnected several times, and having to call back, I was finally able to get the voice mail activated. In total, I incurred "16 minutes" of airtime, according to the invoice I received from them, which the minutes are grossly inflated.
