I attempted to order a Canon Powershot SX10IS a week before Easter from them. When I ordered nothing said that they were out of stock, or on back order or anything. I have made several calls to this # to resolve this matter. I was contacted be this company showing as Globalresourses on caller ID after visiting some websites. After avoiding the calls, I answered to see what the calls were about and was talked into giving my bank card # for this service costing $1.00 for a week. For 2 months in a row now, I send my payment to First Electronic Bank which does all credit for Fryes Electronics stores, I sent the checks one week early last time and 10 days early this time and they sit on the checks until they are past due then deposit the check and ding me a ridiculous $50 late fee. This company is such a ripoff. I received my order a week after I ordered. Took the product one week, found out I could not take it because of health problems it caused. I took my car in to replace my water pump and they broke my crankshaft by getting antifreeze in it. They did replace the crankshaft and i got stuck with a $1200 bill and car still is not running right get crappy mileage. After a 5 year relationship with this company I was so happy to end my relationship with them. MOST of them are rude to their retail customers. They would repeatedly send out used items to customers instead of new. What happened was that they send a used item to my customer.
