We've had this Condo loan for three years in Texas. This year our taxes were being paid late, due to our fiances. But before we could pay the taxes, America's Servicing Company (ASC) paid our taxes and inforced an impound, causing our mortgage payment to double. Contract was sold to me through a auto loan at AAA as a extended warranty contract and after I incurred problems with the engine, they rebutted the problem as being beyond their contract. I contacted the Attorney Generals at NYS and NC to complain and respectively they claim that this is a Vehicle Service contract. Decided to try adrenal formula from dr christopher. It suppose to give me more energy, but instead it made me sick. I bought a weed eater on 04/13/2009. I brought it home, put gas in it and realized it didn't work. I tried to get it running, I even have knowledge of fixing gas engines like this and couldn't get it going. I was a witness to how this company works. If I was a consumer, I would not use their services. First of all, they are set-up illegally. The law firm is supposed to be just that, a law firm set-up to help consumers. Unfortunately, what they do is basically have the sales representatives work for the law firm. I'm not sure why someone hasn't started on KDS Property Services in Texas yet. Their 'SOP' is finding ways to not pay contractors for work. From California, Okalahoma, Colorado, Texas and Louisiana..there are lots of contractors that haven't been paid. Now, there are other people on board and the name of the company has changed to Nomad Preservation. We have rented here for over two years and left a month ago. There has been something wrong with the unit and building virtually every month since renting here. Approximately 6 months ago I entered into an agreement with Consumer Credit Counselors to close and pay off several credit cards, one of which was issued by Citibank. During the second month I began to get collection calls from Citi. When asked how this could be, they said the agreement had been canceled and would have to be renewed.
